Rooms are very big and clean. Receptionist Mr. Narendra Singh is very supportive. Hotel is in city center and all site seeings are very near. Uber available 24/7. Terrace canteen is very good. We enjoyed Parotha and other dishes. They should bring new bed sheets and other accessorizes. All are old and used too many times. As many NRIs are booking hotel, please replace with new ones.

While check in , Room boy didn't on Fridge , so 2 days we spent without Fridge. I checked and found they didn't on the Electric button. Rooms are very near to main road, so in night, traffic disturbance. Parking is available for only 3 cars. You have to buy drinking water.

We've been at Hotel H R Palace in April 2025. We found the room spacious, with a very large bathroom and hot shower. For breakfast it's possible to choose four dishes from a menu, what we tasted was good. In the hall it is possible to book tours and exchange foreign money. The place is near the metro and train station, but take into account that the streets are not pedestrian.

We booked a room with balcony, but it was on a street always busy even at night with continuous honking. The room was large and with a very particular canopy bed and hand-painted on the walls, but it was actually very hot.

I really liked the fact that the street on which the hotel overlooks has all the services that are necessary for a traveler. Pharmacies, supermarkets, stalls selling fruit, shops for charging mobile phones and making photocopies. All within a few tens of metres. The hotel staff was very professional and kind. The restaurant has a great menu and everything I had was cooked very well. The laundry service is excellent and fast. Wifi was stable - The shower was hot and strong -

Unfortunately the room did not have good ventilation. The window looked onto a very small alley, from which little air and natural light entered. It was also a little noisy. The room, without good ventilation, was therefore slightly humid and dark - The furniture should then be modernized -

The rooms were clean and comfortable. There was a wide choice for breakfast. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel taxi driver, was extremely good, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the places we visited and took us anywhere we wanted. there were limited supplies in the room but more were given on request.

If we opened the curtains in both rooms all we could see was a wall about 3 feet away covered in pigeons and droppings. There were always pigeons on the narrow window sill.

Located about 11-12 kms from Jaipur International Airport, the hotel is in a quiet semi residential lane close to tourist places in the city. It’s housed in a compact 2 storey building , has spacious rooms, some of them with wide balcony . The room we booked on 1st floor has a spacious balcony overlooking the front gate. Food is good and reasonably priced, breakfast included (complimentary )doesn’t have a buffet but one can order from a predefined list of breakfast items.Has a roof top restaurant. Room service was prompt and responsive. Overall it’s a good reasonably priced place for a short stay.

I read the negative reviews on booking.com and was a little apprehensive to book the hotel, but it fit my budget perfectly so I went ahead, and I am so glad that I booked the same; the hotel is exemplary. The rooms were spacious, the bathrooms were neat and clean and the location is excellent. The hotel is just 2 kms from Jaipur station and near to Bapu Bazar as well. The staff was polite and helpful, and being female travelers, we felt safe at the property

The family room was super spacious and I also availed their cab services and the driver was super attentive....can also say the same for the overall staff over there and they were also extremely well behaved . All of the services were absolutely worth the money....and also had to give it to the location which was super accessible.

I thought the decor of the room could be a bit more better like .....the extensive jaipur decor was something I was looking forward to ....which indeed I thought they can improve on and also I was not really very fond of the coffee out there.

I stayed in the Royal Delux Room with a balcony. We were 3 persons, so had to use an extra mattress. The furniture was good - bed, wardrobe, study table, coffee maker, space for bags. The room smelt good, the blankets, coverings all good. Had good sleep all the nights for a fresh start next morning. Room size and bathroom size were perfect. Bathroom was very clean and housekeeping was also good. The AC was perfect with quick cooling. Wifi was slightly slow but it's ok for open wifi. Breakfast is just enough for a 3* hotel and for the price we paid. Location is alright with access to metro in short walk or tuk tuk. Hotel is very family safe, I didn't face any issue at all. Lot of grocery shops and phamacies around for quick consumables, water etc. Overall cleanliness and hygiene were good. Mr. Anuj and the reception staff were all very helpful.

No good restaurants nearby except for a Rajasthani thali restaurant. The locality is noisy, not that the hotel can do anything about it. If possible the hotel should add a safe locker in the room for valuables.

The staff at H R PALACE were very accommodating, they assisted us with sorting out a personalised tour of the sights of Jaipur, picked us up from the train station and even packaged a breakfast to go when we checked out for our early train. The rooftop served delicious food and a good variety - we eat here every day for breakfast and two out of three nights for dinner. The room service was very prompt. The room was absolutely beautiful and reflective of the photographs and it was incredibly clean. If we come back to Jaipur we will book this hotel again. Seems like at least a 4 star hotel.

I love this hotel. Kind and attentive staff. Lovely room, well sized, nice bathroom. Great laundry service, well priced. I also feel the property is well priced in general. Lovely rooftop for breakfast, lunch and dinner as you wish. Nice energy. The hotel manager and all the staff were great. But in particular when I arrived at the airport and realised I had left my laptop, Narendra organised a taxi to bring my laptop and he came with it personally. What outstanding service. I’m so grateful for this experience and I would love to stay at Hotel H R Palace again in the future. Very highly recommended!
