Very nice place in a quiet neighborhood, still only 15 min from the train station. There is a kind very helpful tuk tuk driver around (Ravi), and the laundry place at the corner does a great job for a super fair price too. I'd like to highlight the bathroom conditions, the nicest and cleanest I've had in all India.

Wifi in the bedroom could improve, but it's just a detail.

Breakfast - Though spread was limited, food was tasty. Personalized attention by restaurant staff was a big plus. Rooms are comfortable and spacious. Clean linen and replacement of towels everyday was satisfying. Dinner - Was also good. Reception area is spacious. Parking space in the front is convenient.

The room where we stayed on 23rd had a very small bathroom and the window was open to outside view. The electric kettle in our room (24th to 28th) gave some problems in between. Initially the switch did'nt work and later the plug point did'nt work.

Rooms are spacious and excellent and Staff is courteous. However Staff can be more efficient as well for example the billing staff takes a lot of time in checking out even after advance instructions. Can be helpful for someone who has a busy day ahead.

Breakfast team is excellent when it comes to service but they should be taught to not touch things with bare hands and specially food items. That kills their good service and attitude. Small think which can be improved by using clear gloves.

Staff were very friendly and professional, always available to help with anything. The rooms were clean, warm and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets and blankets. The hotel is at a quiet residential locality, just 5km away from Pink City.

No complaints but a couple of things could be improved. The shower takes a while to let out hot water after letting out alot of cold water(water gets wasted). The fridge was leaking out water on the floor. And instead of giving plastic water bottles an RO filter could be installed in the kitchen to avoid too much plastic. Just tiny things but otherwise a great comfortable stay.

The cozy little quaint apartment we lived in was quite comfortable and we could relax after a long day of sightseeing in the room. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure your taken care of and provides everything u ask for without a question. The breakfast choices were very good and food was tasty. They even gave us breakfast in our room (although not their policy) as we had kids n had checked in early morning so woke up late. Location is less than a km from train station and not too far from the old pink city. They arranged a taxi for sightseeing for us at a reasonable rate which was very clean and comfy. All in all i would highly recommend them.

Nothing to say although once hot water was cut off while i was im the shower although they got a bucket of hot water for me

A family hotel in a quiet neighbourhood.

Did not like the following in the hotel. The moment the occupancy in the hotel goes down they turn off the water supply in the night, (There was no water in the flush tanks in the night), and convert the morning buffet breakfast to order based. So incase you are very hungry, you will have to wait, as the dish you have ordered will take about 10 to 15 minutes to be served.

lovely place to stay, no noise, the breakfast was yum so we're there meals If you want a good tuk tuk driver then Wasim Muskan tour and travels is your man his English is great & has lived in Jaipur all his life very good at taking you everywhere you want to go & good price look him up on Facebook

Nice, homely place. Staff were very warm and friendly. Food was good with nice, homely ambience in the restaurant. Rooms were very clean. Had a very comfortable stay with family. Especially recommend for families with special needs children. Hotel is in a residential area with no hustle and bustle, and a watchful and friendly security.

The dustbins in the rooms should be replaced with bigger ones with liners. Either pedal or open type.

The restaurant serves really good food and the cafe is also nice with decent coffee

The room right next to the lobby is noisy because of the phone ringing at the desk and staff talking. I am glad i asked to change the room otherwise i wouldnt be able to sleep

The spaciousness of the suites and mine had a lovely balcony on the garden where the birds were singing!! The rooms are large and provide a great place to work(home away from home)Loved having a kitchen for small meals or snacks. I requested a gas stove as I need a special diet and that was provided within 48 hours. The kitchen staff and servers are absolutely star quality and delightful. The location is great and quiet within Jaipur. I love the old world beautiful house that is Om NIWAS... The food is well prepared and I appreciate that eggs and filter coffee are available. Could use a little less salt for my taste in the Indian food but really all was delicious. Fabulous breakfast buffet. Amazing caring and professional staff Grateful to have finally stayed here. I will return. The bakery cafe also offers great baked goods, jams and achar pickles as they do in most of the Niwas lovely hotels in Jaipur....

Nothing really... I did ask the reception about a day trip , maybe to the tiger forests as detailed in their hotel brochure and no one seem to know much about it so I gathered it was not available!
