My overall stay at Zone was memorable and extremely fulfilling. The hotel staff was good and greeted us with smiles on their faces at anytime of the day. Anything you called for was brought to you in a jiffy. The breakfast was delicious and there was variety each day. Dinner was also good in the Bazaar Restaurant. Apinee, the staff member at Bazaar Restaurant was very courteous and caring. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay here.

Bathroom needs an upgrade and better toiletries.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for the second time. Last time I stayed in 2018, and I must say it exceeded my expectations once again. My recent hotel stay was exceptional! The room was clean and comfortable, providing a peaceful night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, always eager to assist. The central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. I would definitely return for another enjoyable stay. I can confidently say that this hotel remains my top choice whenever I'm in town.

Upon entering the earlier assigned room, I couldn't help but notice a pervasive smoking smell that immediately caught my attention. It was quite unpleasant and somewhat surprising, especially considering my previous positive experiences. While I understand that some guests may choose to smoke in designated areas, the lingering odor in the room was quite noticeable. Despite this initial drawback, I hope the hotel management can address this issue before assigning the room in the future to their guests.

Good budget place in Jaipur. Gym is ok, room was big and breakfast buffet was plentiful. Restaurant has a good buffet and a la carte dinner as not many restaurants nearby. Recommended!

The stay was good rooms were spacious. Staff was good housekeeping was responsive. The amenities in room were great.

Hot water supply was not upto the mark it felt like they jad timing for hot water morning till 11 it was good but after that the water was luke warm so I think they should have a 24/7 hot water service and felt like some maintenance work was going on which in afternoon was very disturbing.

The hotel is centrally located with all modern ambiences. Buffet breakfast was superb. Front office and room service staff were always available and ready to help.

Swimming pool was closed. The hotel is not properly cleaned due to which plenty of housefly in the room and within the property. Needs proper cleaning and maintenance.

The rooms were ok need to be upgraded over time but over all comfortable and good service Breakfast spread was perfect and quality was good

Pool was small and too much chlorine in water, suffocating rooms noo fresh air for windows no exhaust in washroom

Breakfast was not up to the standard of the hotel. Lot of improvement is required in breakfast menu .
