Fantastic staff, kind and professional (before the arrival, simple and straight forward communication and during the stay, very helpful and always caring for us). Large tent, composed of large room and comfortable bed, large bathroom. Food was fantastic. The whole camp is very well taken care of, we arrived in the afternoon, we loved the jeep safari and the camel ride on the sunset, it was a one day and one time experience for us! Best location with excellent hospitality! The staff is very professional and knows exactly how to treat guests. Rooms are well-maintained and better than other resort camps, creating a great vibe overall. The camel safari and jeep safari experiences were truly amazing. High quality from the royal like tents to the top-notch service. Excellent food and the local music and dance performances create the magical atmosphere of the evening. Experienced the most unique desert stay with desert safari, enjoyed folk dance cultural programme here in camp with snacks and DJ dance with other people who stayed here that night. This was a fun stay and good deal. The tent was spacious and clean. The bathroom was large. The bed was comfortable. The evening entertainment was great. Dinner was yummy. The staff helped carry our baggage. They worked with us to make sure we got our camal safari even though we missed our time slot. There is only hot water in the morning - we had to ask the staff to turn it on. The breakfast was okay.
