Beautiful property. Very good service and friendly staff. Good water pressure in the bathrooms and well appointed rooms. Wi fi speed is decent. Restaurant food quality and the breakfast spread is pretty good.

The rooms could be improved by including a bit more furniture, ideally a larger table and an additional chair (instead of one chair).

The location was awesome. Secluded but with it's own perks. It is out from the city but that makes it easy to travel to various other places without having to commute through the city. Would recommend anyone to stay here.

Nothing we didn't like. Everything was top notch

I travelled with my mother and the hotel made all arrangements as requested. The staff was very helpful and they took extra care of my special requests. Since we travelled in the middle of COVID-19 situation, they ensured safety and cleanliness and the hotel was not too busy, which made it even nicer to walk around within the property and sit outside comfortably. The property is beautiful but it is a bit outside the main city. If you have a car to travel around, then it is a perfect place for relaxation and comfort. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The property is not close to the city centre, but that is not a disadvantage if you have your own vehicle.

Friendly staff, good fitness centre, decent tasting food.

Cold, dirty and bad value for money. The restaurant was very cold, meaning we had to eat wearing coats. Staff did not replace empty water on the tables or in the rooms. We notice our sheets were visibly dirty, with what looked like lumps of green snot under the pillows. When we explained the situation and asked for the sheets to be changed, only the duvet cover was changed. We had to ask again for the entire bed linen to be replaced. Food was expensive for what it was and the portions.
