Room service can be better. I ordered 2 cold coffees with ice cream only 1 arrived with the ice cream melted. Fridge sounded like a tractor 😂 so was unplugged. But staff do try which is always encouraging and were always polite for that thank you everybody 🙏

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and every time I visit Jalandhar. Whilst the hotel is a little tired now and could do with a freshen up, the service is exceptional. Especially Manmeet at the front desk and her colleague Pramod. The first class service continued in the restaurant where one of the members of staff Love always provided a service with a smile. The hotel could do with a freshen up to maintain a comfortable stay. They no longer have English movie channels. WiFi needs to be improved as keeps disconnecting

It was a great stay at Ramada Encore. good location and helping staff.

I believe the restaurant prices could be moderated or discounted offers be given so that people staying at Ramada need not visit outside for dining.

Great service from all the serving staff who made us feel welcome. I have stayed here twice over the last few months since my wedding. Plus there is a great gym right across the street with a kfc just below it.

More western items for breakfast would be great such as waffles, sausages and bacon. However everything else is great.

Breakfast spread was pretty good, it was hot, fresh and above all tasty. the staff were quite helpful

I had booked a kingside room with King size bed, room and bed looked smaller than kingsize.

The wide choice of breakfast was great. The staff was professional but warm, making me feel welcome. The room was great, comfortable bed, spacious enough, clean.

The staff are incredibly humble and friendly, they go above and beyond to help you and to ensure your stay is comfortable. The staff at breakfast treated us so nicely and would make masala chai for us when they saw us walk in as they knew we had it every day. The rooms are spacious and clean the AC was a godsend in 42 degree heat! The bathrooms are clean and modern too. Really easy to hail a tuktuk outside the hotel. The room service was great. Thank you to all the staff who went out of their way for us.

The hotel description said there was a gym on site but there wasn't. There's a function room on 1st and 2nd floor with functions happening every evening. We were on the third floor so it was quite noisy in the evenings. My aunt stayed on the fifth floor and she could also hear the music from there. We still managed to sleep with the noise, but it would be nice to have sound proof rooms so you can't hear this.

Breakfast was really good and lots of choices. Staff was really friendly. Love one of staff member was really helpful overall experience was excellent. Would love to go back.
