Room service can be better. I ordered 2 cold coffees with ice cream only 1 arrived with the ice cream melted. Fridge sounded like a tractor 😂 so was unplugged. But staff do try which is always encouraging and were always polite for that thank you everybody 🙏

I have stayed at this hotel for many years and every time I visit Jalandhar. Whilst the hotel is a little tired now and could do with a freshen up, the service is exceptional. Especially Manmeet at the front desk and her colleague Pramod. The first class service continued in the restaurant where one of the members of staff Love always provided a service with a smile. The hotel could do with a freshen up to maintain a comfortable stay. They no longer have English movie channels. WiFi needs to be improved as keeps disconnecting

Everyone made an effort to be respectful and hospitable - even the concierge stopped a taxi driver from ripping us off and set us up with cheaper more direct transport! I can not thank these guys enough

The small driveway was a little convoluted to unload/load 6 suitcases

Food was excellent, rooms could do with a little updating. Pastries in the breakfast could be varied some days.

It was a great stay at Ramada Encore. good location and helping staff.

I believe the restaurant prices could be moderated or discounted offers be given so that people staying at Ramada need not visit outside for dining.

Breakfast was very good. There was a good selection of food, Indian and Western. Staff was excellent. Very helpful.

Great service from all the serving staff who made us feel welcome. I have stayed here twice over the last few months since my wedding. Plus there is a great gym right across the street with a kfc just below it.

More western items for breakfast would be great such as waffles, sausages and bacon. However everything else is great.

Breakfast spread was pretty good, it was hot, fresh and above all tasty. the staff were quite helpful

I had booked a kingside room with King size bed, room and bed looked smaller than kingsize.

The wide choice of breakfast was great. The staff was professional but warm, making me feel welcome. The room was great, comfortable bed, spacious enough, clean.
