Property is 500 mtr away from jammu tawi station and things required for basic amenities are available at walking distance. Morning breakfast have good number of options. Staff is nice.

There is nothing big wrong with the property Pool accessibility will be limited in morning.

The beds were comfortable, plenty hot water and the buffet dinner and complimentary breakfast was fabulous.

We booked for 5 adults and 2 children and Booking.com allocated 3 rooms as it said the rooms had a sofa bed. On arrival we were told the sofa beds were additional to the price quoted on Booking.com

Harpreet Singh as a hotel manager was exceptionally good. He helped my mother and us to get transportation from hotel to other places. All hotel staff members' behaviours were excellent. If you are planning to visit Vaishno devi or Jammu. This is the best hotel to stay in.

Staff very nice and helpful and plenty of them. Nice garden area to sit. Food really good.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room carpet and floor especially under the bed were not clean.

From the moment we entered the hotel the staff (Harpreet Singh, Suraj, Barkha, Vishal, Manpreet, Surinder, Madan) were all very courteous and heedful of our needs. They patiently showed us a couple of rooms, so we could pick one we liked! The room was very comfortable, clean sheets and towels (no stains, white n all :)). The property is well mainted. I must say everyone here from the front desk staff to the restaurant and housekeeping staff were very kind! Don't think twice, stay at this place and you won't regret it :) Oh and the food was excellent too, they have a lavish breakfast spread! Enjoy!

The hospitality was excellent. The staff responded at once to whatever we asked for and the breakfast was too good. Would definitely stay here again

The toilet flush water didn't stop fully in room502 so I felt it was a wastage if water.

Modern and clean, very comfortable with great bathroom and shower. The staff were very keen to assist and help and went out of their way to be helpful. One member of staff even came with me to a local bank to help make a bank transfer as I was unfamiliar with the process in India. There is parking at the front of the hotel which is managed and secured by good security staff, my motorbike was safe. Their food was also very good with breakfast being excellent.

Nothing really, it’s a very comfortable and pleasant hotel.

The AC in our room didn't function properly . We had to keep calling the support team . They couldn't get a permanent solution

Reception staff was very polite check-in, and check out is very smooth. Housekeeping staff roshan was very humble . room was very good view is very nice as comparired to the city

I think prices were a bit High Further.I was astonished to learn that no channels catering jammu and Kashmir were available on TV.Though I requested the management but they didn't respond positively
