I stayed at Nataraj Sarovar Portico for one night, with my wife. The location was central and it didn't take us long to find the place. The check in was seamless. The bar had 2+1 option on beer and was availed dutifully. A special mention for the buffet dinner. It was an elaborate spread of gastronomic delight and the taste was pure bliss. The room was spacious with a clean bathroom.

The shower in the bathroom could have been better- water flow was at times, just a trickle. A party was going on in the floor above us- the blaring woofers kept us awake. Deducted 1 point in my rating.

Staff Behaviour is very courteous (especially reception executive Shiva was very polite and helpful). Also full marks for Cleanliness.

During Breakfast the dishes (Especially Bakery section) weren't marked with the Red and Green symbol symbolising Non Veg & Veg. Proper marking is a must as this property is close to some very significant religious places and many people are visiting as a pilgrim.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The food is awesome. The in house bar is absolutely cool with very helpful staff who help in getting the best value on the choice of snacks and food.

On day 1 the rooms allotted to us were not inspected well. There were basic things like the toilet kits towels etc missing and it took them very long to get them done. The soap dispenser needed to be fixed as it was missing from the wall mounting. Simple things like tissue papers are not provided in the room. Daily replenishment of towels is partial even for a double occupancy room, bathroom slippers had to be demanded before they were provided. The staff is very cooperative but I guess their training and checklists for room supplies needs to be upgraded.

We stayed in this hotel for a day . It was a lovely experience . The rooms were spacious and quite comfortable . The staff of the restaurant were very friendly and helpful specially Miss Anamika she took care of our dining needs. The housekeeping staff were also very helpful. Overall all I would recommend the hotel to my friends too .

There were no lifeguard in the swimming pool and it was not that clean it was not fully operational, and there was less variety in the buffet. The above mentioned things if improvised then it would be more better for the future guests.

I think this is the best place to stay in Jhansi. The hotel gives you a five start like feeling. The rooms/washrooms are spacious. Breakfast is a nice spread. In room dining is good. The pool is nice too. Plus there is a cinema hall next door, there are many restaurants outside, you can easily catch auto-rickshaws outside, interesting places like the fort, Rani Mahal, St. Jude's church, Sipri bazaar are very nearby. Beautiful experience staying at the property. Very courteous staff. Breakfast was excellent.

The room had no tissue box. That's surprising for a star property. Also during check out I was asked at the reception if I used any of the things sticked in the fridge. However, the fridge in my room 326 was not stocked at all. Quite a big blunder.

We had an international group (Russia, USA) - we were given a reservation at a very good price without any advance payment. We were late and arrived at the hotel at night. The staff was constantly in touch. We had 9 rooms. Everything was more than beautiful. The purpose of our visit was to see Orchha... It is a little far from the hotel, the hotel itself is just perfect for a western standard. I thank all the management of the hotel and staff of the restaurant.

Absolutely International Class property. Courteous services and extremely clean, well maintained. Breakfast offering was extensive. This is the first time for me in any Sarovar property and I will surely come back !

It’s a bit nitpicking honestly but two minor things: The liquid soap in the shower room was not filled upon check-in and was never refilled during my stay. Also, the shower stream was slightly erratic. But again no buggies !

The hotel is well located from the tourist attractions, The property itself is well maintained and the rooms are very comfortable. Housekeeping staff was prompt in responding to requests which was great as many hotels too long to respond

Excellent hotel with a good spread of breakfast in the heart of Jhansi. We had a halt on our way from Hyderabad to Delhi. The stay was rejuvenating for us.

The breakfast area had limited seating capacity. It could have been bigger. Also, the support staff at the restaurant required instructions couple of times before they took any action.
