The property ambience was exceptional and was well maintained. The cleanliness of the property was top notch with all due care taken to maintain the hygienic standards of the property. The stay was beyond expectations and the hospitality was at par excellence. The food was delicious and was cooked from the bottom of the heart with homely feeling food taste. Rooms were spacious and cleanliness of the room was at perfection level. The staff was just astounding and it was so great feeling to see the youngsters groomed up so professionally with so much of courtesy and polished etiquette. We developed a strong bondage with most of the staff members and almost all staff from HK to LP team, Lobby boys, F&B and Reception members were at their far best in their level of hospitality and caring for us. Sangram - LP team, Rahul & Santosh - Lobby boys, Rabi Shaikh, Jyoti Karmakar,, Nitin, Saurav, Puja, Sudha Satva - F&B Team, Anisha & Aiman - Reception team, Bilal & Samar - HK team needs special mention and were exceptional in their areas of work. These guys and other members are assets of the Marriott group and will make wonders in the coming years. Special thanks to the management for building up such a talented, motivated and enthusiastic staff who possesses a high level of professionalism and capabilities in their areas of work. We really appreciate and express our sincere gratitude for the due care and hospitality shown during our stay and we would definitely like to visit in future for our relaxed and comfortable stay. The appearance of the property. The staff - very friendly & helpful. Clean rooms.

The hand shower for the wash room is on the left hand side! So inconvenient. Didn't expect this type of mistake from Marriott. It wascon the correct side when I upgraded to a bigger room. I felt that the windows were very small/short. Windows could have been a lot bigger.

The Suite was very spacious and well organized with modern furnishings. The property itself is so well maintained, spacious and glowing. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were terrific with so many options. Especially want to call out Vishal Ji & team for their terrific hospitality and service on all aspects. It truly makes the stay so so lovely and feel welcomed :).

The staff are very courteous and polite. They had a pleasant surprise for our son who had come for some exam, very considerate of them. The food is good and the ambiance is perfect. The west side rooms are good with a view of the mountains. The east side faces the highway. A quiet locality with plenty of space for walks. The parking is spacious.

I only wish the check in and check out was faster ( I was told that there were two big groups coming hence the delay). Minimise use of plastics

We stayed in this property while going to Hampi as well as on our way back to Pune. Fairfield By Marriott Belgavi is a fantastic property just 600 m from the highway, however there is no noise of highway in the campus. There are 2 restaurants just walkable from the campus. Technically these restaurants are part of campus only, just outside exit gate of hotel. Parking space is ample, there are 2 lawns for walk and staff is super polite and joyful, rooms are super clean, draperies and towels are also spring clean. Pool is a great place to hang out, you can also relax in hot tub placed near pool. We had reserved with breakfast, one of the best breakfast spreads I have seen with 4 live counters and Chef themselves will guide you through the dishes. If you are visiting this property do not miss their breakfast. Their hospitality is one of the best. Kudos to team Marriott Belgavi

There are some minor things which can be improved 1. The lifts can only be operated with the room key card. Now if your family is in the room how are you suppose to move out because room electricity also works with same key. 2. There is no separate exhaust in the bathrooms, the air suction vent in bathroom is connected to central A/C. So people like us who do not like A/C and keep it off most of the times are in trouble because bathroom is going to stink then. So need a separate control for the two

Loved the cleanliness and the staff. The staff were super polite and helpful. The receptionist, Mr.Roy made sure we had a smooth check in and personally made sure we got what we needed at every step. Our server Mr.Rajesh looked after us during dinner and breakfast and was very prompt and polite with his service, always smiling.

Overall the food could have been slightly better.

The size of the room was too small. Normally, base category rooms in any hotel of this kind would be larger than this. The check out process was a shade too long. The bathroom utilities dispensers were in squeezable containers. It was very inconvenient to use for getting the had wash, body wash and hair shampoos. I wonder how old people, children etc use the same as they require a really hard squeeze to get the stuff out

Location is close to highway. It is luxurious, staff are friendly and rooms are good. The ordered room service food items were excellent.

Breakfast buffet was included. Had a variety of std veg options for the type of hotel but nothing stood out. Had to wait inordinately long for filter coffee.

The premium room was spacious. The dinner and breakfast spread was very good. The staff were smiling and courteous. They helped to arrange cab for us. The dining area had open sitting area which was very good as cool breeze made it even more good experience. The lawns were very beautiful and well maintained with pretty plants and flowers. When we stayed, that week was dedicated to south Indian delicacies from four southern states, so that was also very appreciable.

The staff took long time and reminder to send some things in room. They can be more prompt with room service.

Check in procedure needs improvement. They made us stand on the front desk to complete Check in. This happened with me even at their Hyderabad property last time. This is unlike any other start category hotels, where they make you sit comfortably and complete check informalities. Needs to be improved
