Been coming here for seven years now. The location is exceptional with great mountain views. The rooms are large with decks to enjoy the views. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is well-stocked. The breakfast spread is diverse and tasty.

The rates have gone up a lot post pandemic. It was possible to get a room for a little more than half what they go for now. The hotel was fully booked, so it's possible the rates were increased at the last minute, which is not ethical in my view. It's not bad enough to stop me coming yet, but I'll have to start looking for other options if these rates continue. Fairfield by Marriott has cheaper rates at the moment.

wonderful scenery, nice swimming pool and space to walk around, executive room was nicely laid out with a splendid bathroom , breakfast was OK but the highlight for us was dinner... the food was outstanding and well trained staff complimented the atmosphere... this made the hotel worth the stay.

They do not take payment from outside India, so my Wise card and debit card was declined but luckily I had enough cash... payment system needs updating if they want overseas visitors.. First time of travelling the world for my cards to be declined. Also they need a full time window cleaner as ever piece of glass was shameful.

The ambiance was very good. The staff was very polite and helpful, even helping us check in early because I traveled with my elderly mother. food was awsome and room service was good very spacious room.

everything was good but i was little concerned about the bed because we have booked room for 3 person and only one big bed was available. even though we asked for extra bed ( which I think was charagable) but we dint get. while booking rooms it was mentioned about minibar but fridge was empty not even cold drinks, tea sachets were kept only for one time. which I felt was less. I LIKED EVERYTHING BUT THESE ARE JUST SUGGESTIONS.

Excellent property and value for money.

The first night may be because of Diwali we had to wait for the extra bed but the waiting for almost 4 hours inspite of calling them repeatedly (I have a big family and hence had booked 2 rooms). At last we got a bed when I had to personally go to the reception and have the front desk come with me to my room with the service person and close the loop at 12.30 in the night. Had a very bad experience the first night but the second one was flawless. I know this happens so nothing to say bad about the property.

Location of resort , and it’s restaurant, good ambiance and staff were very decent and humble. The best was chicken Nodule by chef Mrutunjay, excellent. Overall restaurant was good n great service

Reception n front desk- they still need to work on hospitality, approach towards guests. Housekeeping is very poor, no response sometimes There’s no inter resort electric transport car specially for older people, as location of villa is down slope, was very difficult for my parents to walk to the reception. Since it’s rainy season, villa are located quite a distance from reception counter, no availability of umbrellas, no one is responsible for that. Resort logistics have to work on maintenance of swimming pool, repair broken handle of cycles which are dangerous for kids . There should be little more light on walkways towards villa during night time.

Superb, Peaceful, Beautiful location. Friendly Staff, Best service, Clean Pool. Food is superb also. We got a live musical event which was a bonus for us. we enjoyed a lot. We have not expected such a superb stay. thanks to entire team

Keep extra amenities open till 10.30 at least. 8.30 pm is too early for Mumbaikars like us. Staff is not able to advise about local attractions. Allow Drink near by Pool. towel was a bit wet and found some dirt spot on it

The location was beautiful, offering a scenic area. The breakfast had a decent variety and was quite good. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

Swimming pool cleanliness was not up to the standards. But later it was promptly cleaned and made ready for use. The gym was small and had limited equipment.

Booked 4 (+1) rooms for 11 members family, staff was open to arrange an additional room for us and also upgraded all the rooms with no additional cost. We enjoyed the stay in the spacious rooms and wonderful property. Food was good and most of the staff was friendly, helpful and responsive.

Some of the staff members from restaurant need to be trained to communicate and be co-ordinate with rest of the departments - we had confirmed with reception about a la carte option for dinner but when we reached restaurant it was denied and only buffet was offered. Manager had to intervene and we were provide a la carte. Increase staff in restaurant area specially when hotel has more guests - service was delayed as staff is busy preparing for next course.

The location is awesome. Villa, food is really excellent. I never thought such beautiful property it will have before go there and stay. The staff is really co operative and helpful. Its just like 5 Star property. Big premises. Parking and other facility are never seen like before. Really careful about you and your requirement. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is really tastier. Too many verify of food. I really love to go there again. Waiting for that date again. My 2 nights stay is over but mind never want to come back home. Really beautiful seanory.
