Super comfortable rooms with decent bathroom . Location is in the main market where one can get auto easily at the hotel entrance . Breakfast quality & quantity is nice . They don't have lot many varieties in breakfast but what ever limited they provide is good . Their front office manager Amit is a wonderful person who manages the guest very well . The hotel is an excellent value for money . Their over all quality standards speaks for itself in all aspects . My special thanks to House keeping , Front Office & The restarent team for their wonderful services 💥👏👏🙏

The location is very next to market, so one can go out and buy stuffs easily. I have not tried any food over there. The room was clean with ample water and comfortable.

The parking is 100mtrs away from the hotel. So if you are checking out early morning then you may have to inform the hotel staff so that they make arrangements for parking in basement. Since outside parking is managed by external people and they have timings.

Very very nice property from the inside. Very tastefully decorated and very clean. Bathrooms are also maintained very well and rooms overall are quite spacious and good. All amenities promised are available. Probably the first Hotel on Booking.com where the pictures actually match the property in real life.

The Location of the Hotel is a bit on a crowded street hence parking issues are there. But the service and staff overcomes all negatives. We didn't really try the F&B so can't comment on that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Treebo Trend Elite Residency in Belgaum, and I have to say, it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped in, the staff greeted me with their warm hospitality. The room was spacious, clean and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay. The bed was comfortable and provided a good night's sleep after a long day of travel. The bathroom was spotless and fresh towels were provided daily.

Located in a high region, the motel affords easy access to nearby points of interest and enterprise hubs, making it ideal for both enjoyment and commercial enterprise vacationers. Moreover, the complimentary breakfast unfold is delicious and various, setting an excellent start to the day.

It is no nonsense clean hotel. Finding the hotel is complicated for the first time and parking is little bit away. But it is clean and rooms are always prepared. Nice option to stay for overnight.

Hygienic, staffs were polite and the location is near to the railway station.

Charges additionally for water bottles. Which has MRP of ₹20. But what you charge is ₹25. For what reason?

Easy to locate. Right opposite Nucleus Mall. Looks average from outside. But very good inside. Smooth Checkin. Room and Bathroom are clean. Well lit. Bedsheet/Linen are good. AC is working good. Hot water available 24/7. Idli & Breads are constant in Breakfast options. Has Poha once and Upma as additional options on different days. Food is good. Service is also fast. Had a Hassle free Pleasant stay. Would recommend.
