I recently had the pleasure of staying at De Crown Luxury Hotel in Kakinada, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a smile and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The room was beautifully maintained, with modern amenities and a relaxing ambiance. I particularly loved how quiet the area was, allowing me to have a peaceful and restful sleep. Despite being in a calm residential location, the hotel is conveniently situated near the city center

I had a wonderful experience at the De Alphabet. Every staff member I encountered, from the reception to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and once again.. the staff was amazing :) haha.. (the best part is)north side staff, they gave us some Mango Slices during our stay. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues!

The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again.

The best thing is that there is no shortage of anything here.The vicinity has a smell that enters the room but in all the room is clean. Hot water was available however the AC stopped working and nothing was done about it.

This hotel is in a comfortable location among all the hotels and there is not much noise here. I checked this property, although this is new but we had a great experience here. Recommended!

very clean and nice rooms, super tasty breakfast. I found the hotel at rates to be very reasonable. quality of food was good.spitality was good. We would definetly come back again.
