- Staff at restaurant should be trained better. - Local people staying and eating directly at the buffet. Not very appetizing. Waiters should ask them to sit down - Power outtage too often - Wifi disconnects very often - Vacuuming the hallway at 8 on a sunday where you want to have a good sleep - Sometimes too noisy due to banquet hall plus the people attending this venues. If you are lucky, you´ll get a room next to them and you´ll not manage to have good sleep, because they are partying, frequently coming and going, talking louldly in front of the room, not closing the doors and talking loudly, ringing the door, etc etc. Why it is not possible to get them all on 7th floor and regular guests at 6th?

The staff members are extremely polite and professional. Each and every department was exceptional,in their service.

I would prefer cold coffee in breakfast everyday. Breakfast had a good spread and was delicious too. I have a little complaint though. My son is a picky eater and wouldn’t eat on time. As I was about to check-out, I requested for some donuts to be boxed, but I got only one. I would have appreciated the number to be more plural there.

Everything, its very well managed hotel with very neat and clean romm. Very good location. Very soft spoken staff.
