The caretaker Roshan Upadhyay really took good care of me. I was reaching late at night and talking to him was reassuring. He was in touch with me throughout and also came to pick me up at the bus stop. He helped me book a jungle safari in the last moment. He made this trip work out for me. The location is also close to kaziranga national park. The room was comfortable and the bathroom had hot water. The birds chirping in the morning with the view of sunrise was the best part for me.

Can have better food arrangements with more variety. A reception would be good to have, i couldn't locate one. But these were not really a problem. Just a suggestion

LOCATION IS AWESOME, ALL THE TOURIST POINTS ARE ACCESSIBLE FROM THE HOTEL. THE BEST PART IS ITS JUST 2 MINUTES WAKING DISTANCE FROM THE NH 37 HIGHWAY.

THE 1ST BUILDING IS ROAD FACING. THE 2ND BUILDING IS MUCH BETTER THAN THE FIRST BUILDING IN SUCH A REASONABLE RATE

All d staff are sufficient co-operative, excellent location. All d fascilities are available. I'll convey my message to my friends,relatives & neighbours to enjoy this tour with FRIEND-MINDED JUNGLE STAR NANSION.

It is a cozy place close to the park. Staff is very kind and willing to give an excellent service. Rooms are clean.

Please look into the breakfast facilities, dinner and calling bells from room atleast.

Room service, facilities that were mentioned in the online booking were not at all available and there should have been atleast some facilities of tea and snacks.

Rooms were clean, behaviour of staff was very good and coperative, they did their best efforts to keep us comfortable, they have jeep safari booking facility also, pse book from them only for better hassle free safari experience.

Breakfast is avarage. High cleanness which I like more.

Dinner is not that much good from money perspective.

It is a new property, which is still under construction. So apparently it is pretty neat and clean. Room size is good. Staff is simple and friendly.

There is no cupboard in the room, so you can't keep your clothes anywhere except your suitcase. There is TV, but that doesn't work. No remote was provided. There is dressing table, but the storage cabinet doesn't open. There was no hand towel provided in the bathroom. the bath towel given earlier was pretty bad, that we got exchanged next day, which was then fairly ok. There is no option for breakfast currently, however you can come out of the hotel and then find restaurant nearby, where you can find food of your choice.

The location was good, rooms were clean, 24*7 running water

There was no electricity (no inverter connection in guest room). Our experience was terrible as there was no electricity and it was hot day, so we have to open windows of our room for sleeping peacefully. Hell of a night! Surprisingly, there was inverter connection in the manager's room, very disappointing.
