Room was comfortable, spacious. Breakfast was good for the room pricing. I used treadmill in the gym and it is well maintained. Room service and house keeping were prompt in addressing our requirements. Front Desk was courteous to arrange me an ethernet cable to connect to internet when my laptop developed an issue with Wifi. Location was very convenient given that we had to visit places around Kelambakkam.

WiFi was slow and had frequent disconnections. Bathroom was smelly perhaps due to some drainage blockage. We were given a room on first floor which is right above restaurant and mezanaine floor used for parties. So, there was continuous noise though it wasn't disturbing. The room key was enabled just for 1 day though we checked-in for 3 days. Something that the Front Desk could've taken care of right at the check-in time. I did not find sanitizers placed. I think this is a big miss.

The staff was very helpful and overall stay was good.

The cleaning could be more efficient and supervised. I saw them drying the tea cups with a towel which was used for cleaning the furniture.

Rooms were good and we enjoyed the stay. Very good breakfast and nice staff. We were able to stay with homely feelings.

Bathrooms slops are not perfect and hence take time to wet the floor. Would be great to provide basic facilities like tooth brush, paste and shampoo Had to call and get it. May add some non veg dish for breakfast.

It was all Okay. The stay was comfortable and the breakfast was normal and not very good.

The breakfast spread could be more better and there should be more options for food for vegetarian guests.

The hotel facilities are awesome

The staffs response wasn't good. They switched off the AC in the night & switched it on back in the morning. When asked, they have some excuses. Staffs in restaurant are too lazy.
