We had a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Especially Rithick, such a lovely guy! The room was definitely the cleanest room I’ve seen in India. Keep up the good work!

If I have to say something… We had a room next to the elevator so it was noisy at times. And the breakfast/lunch/diner situation was not very clear to us. Maybe add a little card in the room with the times etc? We just ordered roomservice and that was fine for us.

We stayed here and then went adventuring south for our Youtube channel for a couple nights, we then turned around and decided to spend the rest of our time at the novotel because it was so good. There was a large breakfast selection with something for everyone, you could order pancakes and eggs and waffles. I would recommend having more signage for this as it was unclear Beds were super comfy and we enjoyed watching the view of the business park. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool was nice and had a lifeguard.

Everything was great but Being asked for reviews before I have even left was a bit annoying. Ask me at checkout, not in the middle of eating.

The ambience starts from reception to room, the way staff greets us with a pleasant smile makes it even more cozier. The whole property is so clean and neat with a nice aroma all over the place... The staff quickly responded to our requirements

Smoking around the pool could've been avoided and it made us quite uncomfortable, I also noticed some person smoking while kids are in the pool Breakfast menu could have some Indian non veg recipes/options A smart tv in the room could have been better!

The dinner buffet is relatively cheap for a 5 star hotel but it fell short of dinner buffets I had in other 5 star hotels in Chennai. The ambience is lively as it is open to a beautiful bar but it was too warm in the dining area and there were a couple of flies flying around which further decreased from the experience.

Excellent Hotel. Good cleanliness, nice and clean rooms, excellent size. Really excellent breakfast buffet, as well as lunch and dinner (both buffet). Lots of attention to specified food allergies and intolerances excellent coffee (Italian) Perfect internet. Presence of swimming pool and gym super recommended and I would definitely return

Nothing in particular. On a negative note, I was on a business trip with colleagues who were staying on different floors from mine and I couldn't access them, each guest can only access their own floor by activating the elevator with the room key

Breakfast was excellent but personally I felt the location of the hotel is too far. That's the only drawback but remaining things were superb like the quality of food and swimming pool and cleanliness is good. The responsiveness of the staff is exceptional.

I booked through Booking.com I was not aware that the booking.com has already deducted my amount towards the room charges. Hotel people collected full amount. I called to the booking.com to refund my amount which was deducted. But they told me that it was considered as No Show hence my money was deducted. But finally I did not received my money.

Very friendly stuff. Check in was very fast and easy, not often I could say this about check in in the hotels of Indian. We ordered food from their restaurant. It was very tasty. I liked that hotel had spacious room and bathroom. Sound isolation in room very good. To my pleasant surprise room had also ironing board and iron :). Also I liked that room has big windows you could see city at night. I would definitely try also other location of this hotel branch.

Bedspreads were washed but had some old stains. Also bathrooms need to unclog the drain.

The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast offered was a definite highlight and is a must-try. The swimming pool and gym facilities were outstanding and well-maintained, allowing for a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I want to extend a huge thanks to Mr. Iyer and Mr. Vishal for going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay.

The bar provided a variety of options, although I was slightly disappointed by the staff's reluctance to allow me to enjoy my drink next to the pool seating area after midnight. Nonetheless, it was still manageable.

The Hotel was neat and the breakfast buffet was amazing with lots of varieties. The staff was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during the stay.

The staff came and check while I was sleeping to know if there is anything required. The room service can be improved as rang twice for the bucket of ice, plates and cutlery.

I had a wonderful experience staying at your hotel with my family for one night. Both dinner and breakfast were delightful, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. We found less convenient was its distance from ECR (East Coast Road). It would have been more convenient for us if the hotel were closer to ECR
