Friendly and personal service The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them. The hotel is well situated, being close to transport, and the tourist sites. We would definitely stay there again. Specially note Manager Shamil & Raju Take care of us very personally and make very comfortable

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a family vacation here..

Rooms were clean. Breakfast served in the room.
Serious issue with automatic locks. The room cards never functioned throughout 48 hours. Did not cater for any cutlery while serving breakfast in room. AC remote was non functional.

The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled. The staffs were always there when needed in a very friendly manner and always had a check with our stay comfortability. The rooms were clean, very comfortable.Would definitely recommend and visit again.

The location is prime, and the place is neat and clean. Staff behaviour is excellent. It is very close to the beach. And for those who are visiting IMU Chennai. This is the best place for you to stay.

Bath towels are not provided at the room & individual body wash and conditioner is not available.

Rooms were neat and clean. Located very near to Ecr beach and IMU university Rooms are little spacious not very much. Service was good.friendly staff with smiling face ..breakfast with coffee absolutely delicious.
