For couples stay, we highly recommend. They offered nice spacious room. The spa, gym, pool everything was maintained properly. On top of that they offer variety of offers for liquors in bar. Overall its a great experience :)

One thing which can be improved is check-in and checkout time. Usually there checking time starts around 2pm. However, In some cases people might wanna do early check-in around 12 and check-out early. But in order to do that, we have to play additional charges with tax. That will be the only down side.

I really liked the housekeeping staffs as they are very responsive and efficient in every request I made.

The Hotel staff mentioned that no outside food or drink allowed as well as no delivery food to be ordered. And no visitors are allowed as well. These made my stay in that Hotel very unpleasant that I had to go out to have my dinner or else order in house food which is expensive compared to the rest of the star hotels.

I recently stayed at Hotel Halez OMR and found several aspects to appreciate. The rooms are excellent in size and offer plenty of space to relax. The restrooms are nicely tucked away, providing a sense of privacy that I greatly appreciated. The pricing is very reasonable for what you get, and I loved the two separate desks, which made it convenient for two people to work comfortably.

However, there are some areas where the hotel falls short. The staff were not very welcoming and didn't even smile, which made the overall service experience feel quite cold. While the services are passable, the rooms, despite their good size, could be cleaner. I noticed stains on the sofa, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the location is a bit of a challenge due to the congested area, making it difficult to get in and out.

The ambience was great with enough privacy. Not to be old school, but they had cute cute wall paintings that would definitely intrigue you if you are an antique lover.

Oh boy! No access to any subscription channels was definitely a downer for us. Normally connecting the Subscription channels to the Android TV was difficult as the TV couldn’t get proper Wi-Fi signal.

This hotel and its staff have been phenomenal in every sense. From arriving (a day early!) the front desk couldn’t have done more to accommodate my every need - even down to booking flights when my card failed! I cannot convey my thanks enough to Saravanan and his front desk team - Dupshen, Karthick Ravi (and especially the wonderful Manager who used his card to help me) and the friendly team whose names I do not have - thank you all for being so welcoming. The hotel exceeded all my expectations in comfort, styling, location, quality and service. The rooms are excellent - superb wifi, facilities, comfort, cleanliness and the extra touches this hotel offers. House keeping and laundry services have been exceptional too in catering for my needs as a solo female traveller. I’d especially like to thank A. Nantha Kumar and his colleagues for always having a smile and a welcome and keeping my room and supplies fully stocked - always taking time to ask if there is anything I needed. This quality of service exceeds anywhere else I’ve stayed (including London and America!) Thank you Sir for your great service. I have eaten many times in the restaurant and in my room and the continual quality and taste of food has been the best I’ve been blessed to have ever eaten. I had the pleasure of meeting Head Chef and would like to pass on my thanks for making every meal a delight! Your food has been delicious! Thanks to you and all the hard working kitchen staff we do not get to see. The Managers in the Restaurant are super attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and the waiting staff have been excellent. Thank you Rajesh for all your recommendations - I have tried so many new foods and thoroughly enjoyed every single meal suggested in this hotel. I have felt welcomed by all the security and gate staff who always have a warm greeting - thank you to all of you for making me feel safe and welcome.

The hotel was nice,lobby area was excellent .All the staff were brilliant, from the dining, the reception, and room service. Even the staff outside,the security guards were welcoming

The rooms were a bit dirty, stains in carpet dusty here and there.had minor issues at night with flies and got bitten quite a few times. The reception did try to solve the problem but not very successful .

sometimes communicating with Room service was difficult because of my lack of Tamil and their level of English.

For that price, we got a really good room. I am a student living in a hostel and stopped there before going back to Dubai. I am not kidding but this hotel is really worth it. The geyser was working 24/7 and it was very comforting.

The idea of outside food not being allowed was disheartening. The in-house menu was quite expensive and the quantity of food was not filling either. As a student, we don't have that much budget and I suggest this change.

Comfortable Stay. Rooms are tidy . Cardial Staff. We had a Delicious "Complementary Breakfast"—We had a calm and pleasant stay. Excellent location. There s scope for improvement of iBilling method .

Billing should be done error free.

The room was big and very clean. The room services were always fast. The staffs were very friendly and professional. The facilities were also good, kept clean.

We were informed that no outside food is allowed. The room service is pricey. The check in process took longer than expected.
