Small comfy room. Breakfast was good and the service at breakfast was exceptional. Housekeeping staff were very sweet :-)

- Wi-Fi was very slow and was cut for one entire morning. Since we didn't have a local SIM card this meant that we were completely out of touch for those few hours something to work on. - The pressure of the water in the tap and the shower were not great, but the bathroom was good.

The friendly attitude of the staff and their dedicated enthusiasm to ensure every aspect of my short stay was catered for. In particular Ram who sorted out my stay and all my requests prior to my arrival. Sriavani at the desk who efficiently dealt with my requests whilst at the property. John and Madhan who were always present when i needed assistance with local amenities. Samir in the restaurant was a great assistance in helping my choices with the local cuisine and attentive to my needs throughout the meals. Sameri was always willing to assist if i had any questions. All in all it was like visiting friends and family who all showed empathy and professionalism throughout my short stay. THANK YOU

I am very much happy with the staff whose name is Bimal Naik and he assist me in a good way and also his colleagues as well the assist me in very well me and my wife happily state me and my wife happily state in this property probably I will suggest for my friend as well as I will come to the property again

The refrigerator in the room was not working and I came to know that after my stay so I ask them to take care of it to get a better review

The stay at Four Points was just amazing. While the accommodations were comfortable and lovely, what made the stay memorable was the hotel staff's upbeat attitude. Their unwavering professionalism, politeness, and genuine concern for guest satisfaction stood out and left a lasting impression. It's uncommon to come across such a dedicated and welcoming team.

The manager who is currently looking after the property was very good, sorted out my requests very promptly, effecietly and skilfully. thank you Sameer Bhai at the restaurant.He was Great. Gym area had lots of equipment to use.pool small but good if you get in early before the crowd.closing time perhaps to extend to atleast 8 to 8.30pm.

LOVED THE MENU, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT TO THE LAST DETAIL, I'D LOVE TO HAVE THEIR BREAKFAST EVERYDAY😋. The room was alright, given that the handle of the bathroom was tacky and loose but the overall experience became so mesmerizing because of the breakfast buffet, couldn't find even one minor flaw in any of the dishes, I repeat ANY OF THE DISHES!!!💓

The hotel is perfect for business traveller due to its value for money proposition. The South Indian breakfast is one of the best part of our stay here. The staffs are very helpful and supportive.

The hotel is located outskirts of Chennai but the hotel is located near IT HUB of Chennai.

Great service and courteous team led by Manigandan. Special mention for Arup from housekeeping who took the effort to make the room sparkling clean and the special ‘towel art’. Extremely touched by this gesture.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Facilities are ok, breakfast options were very good.

The location of the hotel is too far from the main city. The bed was not comfortable and the room is a bit too small. It is not like other Sheraton hotels, lobby is small.

An easy location and address to point out to cab and auto drivers, for people arriving into Chennai. Meets your expectations - not an over the top setup, but great staff and amenities more than make up for it.
