Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms were big and clean. Property is quiet, though close to all the main sights. Pool and garden were nice and clean.

The only small drawback was the size of the geyser which made longer hot showers not possible, which would have been appreciable in the cold winter months. We filled the bucket with hot water which worked fine.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to experience the best. The property is beautiful, the staff is extremely courteous and respectful. Very warm , helpful, simple and genuine people. The food is DELICIOUS. Location is amazing. It is very close to the western group of khajuraho temples. The suite was very nice. Jacuzzi needs to be maintained though but apart from this bit, everything was spot on ! It's a serene location. Loved everything about my stay here. If i come back to khajuraho, this is where I'm staying again FOR SURE. You feel like the royalty staying here.

A lovely stay in beautiful surrounds. Staff were very attentive, if anything, too attentive in their efforts to help us. Syna Heritage Hotel was a sanctuary away from all the crowds and we enjoyed our time there.

breakfast and food are not good..but the rooms are good..location excellent..so close to the Temples and restaurants.. at the same time, it is away from the main road and free from pollution and dust

Fantastic service. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained room and an excellent Indian breakfast. We would have stayed longer just for the hotel.
