My stay at Treebo Balaji Residency was good. The location is convenient, being about 750 meters from the temple and 500 meters from good lunch and dinner options. The 5-person bedroom was spacious and met my expectations. The hotel provides Wi-Fi and a complimentary breakfast with a decent spread, including Pohe, Sabudana Khichdi, Fruits, Bread butter, tea, and coffee. The only issue was one uncomfortable mattress, which could be replaced. Overall, I had a good stay with my family. This Treebo Balaji Residency stay reminded me of another pleasant hotel experience where the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating and the room was comfortable

I like what they gave me complimentary breakfast which was awesome The staff was very good. Have an ample amount of car parking so dnt worry they will help to arrange and park all car as per their schedule.

My stay was comfortable but there were basic things they had not provided like toilet paper not there in the room, and soap rest everything was fine. There was one boiling smell(due to muslim area and their profession) in this area but it's not in the hotel owner's hand so he can't control it but inside the room there was no smell.

Our stay was peaceful and comfortable. Hotel is at the centre of the city and walkable distance to the temple. Auto is available nearby which is good as we can't take our car everywhere. Enough parking space available even though the area is a very busy area. Room was big and clean. Staff were available on a call. Good complementary breakfast is available in the morning.

Availablity of lunch and dinner could have made the experience excellent.

I had a beautiful stay at this property. The rooms were neat and clean. Hygiene was properly maintained and the staff was just helping and taking care of things very neatly and properly. I had a twin bed room which was way more spacious than i thought it would be with a fair price point and a very helpful reception desk too. Breakfast was also upto the mark and tasty. Overall i would recommend everyone to have a wonderful budget stay at this property.

Just a few suggestions. Breakfast time window should be increased atleast till 10 because for some lazy people like me it gets tough to get up early and be there in time for breakfast.

Rooms are clean , and good staff friendly and helpful. Walking distance to Mahalaxmi. Temple.

Only thing u can say is that parking was cramped, but really ,it was not an issue because they helped us to park. The only thing I request them to do is put hooks in the bathroom to hang the change clothes and provide soap tablets instead of gel. And the bed is spring loaded change it to foam one , it will be comfortable to sleep. The present bed touches the base board because of weight though I am only 65 kg.

Such a wonderful property. Near to temple. Give you wonderful breakfast. Gives you perfect parking. Gives you accessibility to market and restaurants and in actual what else do you need. Treebo trend I have stayed with them previously as well and it's really good they take care of there customers unlike OYO which is just a name now and shocking rubbish hotels under them, but Kudos to treebo. Please keep up the good work going.

Some smell in wash room can be eliminated if exhaust can be placed in roof of washroom openly.

Neat,clean room and hotel. Good service.Taking good care of guests.Wifi also has good speed.Location is awesome.

Bit noisy due to location. Early morning 5 o clock, there was a loud prayer from the nearby mosque. It spoils your sleep. Might require a good sound proof window glass to avoid the noise. Item in the break fast is very minimal and basic. Needs improvements. There is no cofee,tea,sugar packets in the room to make cofee or tea.

The room, storage, bath & toilet. Good parking space. The staff was courteous. Location not too close to Shri Mahalaxmi Temple, but walkable. Good food options around.

AC wasn't working properly. Nothing was visible on remote. It needs service. There was hardly any temperature difference. The fan above the inner bed was creating noise from its foundation hook, and had to be kept off. The bed was too soft, the body sinks.

Overall cleanliness of rooms, fast room service , very polite and helpful staff, location provides proximity to most major temples, tourist spots and food places

Subjective, but the beds are very bouncy 😂, area surrounding the hotel isn't 100% hindu if you're expecting that due to proximity to temples

Good size rooms with comfortable 2 double beds. Clean and spacious bathroom. Very close to the Mahalakshmi Mandir (5-7 minutes walk).

Shower gel dispenser was not working. They provide only 1 bottle of water as complimentary while the booking was for 3. It is a small thing, but does make a difference to the perception abut their hospitality. Bought extra bottle of water. Breakfast was very avergage.
