we reached by 8 and check in was at 12. on request one staff was polite enough to give us available unfinished room to change,shower and freshen up. later the room of my choice was given. it was very helpful indeed as I had travelled a long distance in RAC along with my mother who is a senior citizen.

the other chap at reception was bit blunt and rude. he was insisting to handover 500/- for 3 hours early checkin ( inspite of room availablity). we also told him we would leave 4 hours early next day but he was bit stiff and adamant though.

The location was good, close to the bus station and in down town. Close to the sight seeing places. Ample good local cuisine restaurants around. The hotel was clean and room well appointed. The staff was brisk and helpful Infact we told them to have breakfast ready by 8 am as we had a bus to catch. They assured that it was ready and staff was there to serve us fresh hot food Overall a great stay.

Can't think of anything that we didn't like. All was good.

We visited for attending a CME and had a wonderful stay at this hotel Staffs are co operative, situated at a cream location with everything around

No resturant, foods needs to be ordered from outside and food carrier guy goes directly at doorstep of boarders room..no privacy in that way

The location is good,it is very convenient to enter and exit from Kolhapur city. Ambabai mandir is approx 2 kilometers from hotel. Surroundings were commercial, veg and non veg restaurants were in close vicinity. The room service and reception staff are good. Overall pleasant stay.

The card system in relation to the power was a really good touch. Room was luxurious

Hot water doesn’t always work and I could not watch tv. Also breakfast may have peanuts in it

Overall clean, best location, good staff, prompt service, tasty breakfast. Bedsheets didn't look like laundry cleaned so we asked to change and they did it immediately.

One glass of bathroom window was broken, all the time tea served was not that hot, hot water in bathroom was boiling hot and cold water outlet was not functional.

The room is very good. Clean and sufficient space with beds. Has a small balcony which gave a nice view.

Suggestion is to have hot water supplied in the evening as well as people staying generally go out visiting temples, sight seeing in the mornings and would like to have shower in the evening after coming back.

the hotel staff were very helpfull and friendly,hotel was also at prime location and easily accessible with good parking facilities in the basement with lift facility,staff and reception guys were very polite and helping nature ..rooms and bathroom were very neat and clean and they provided all toiletries…
