cozy, compact rooms

one of the lifts had a problem. would randomly close even when there was a person walking through. the food quality could be improved. food at both the breakfast buffet and that offered on the a la crate menus at the restaurant lacked flavour.

The location of hotel is good .adequate parking space.

There was pest control smell inside bathroom room service was slow but restaurant food service was good.food teste was ok need to improve

Hotel is very good. Clean rooms and bathrooms are really good. Location is in the main market. Very happy with my stay.

The lifts are small and take long time to come.

This is relatively a new property . It is located bang on the road . So once you come down, all you need is right there, shops , restaurants , etc. The approach to the car parking at the basement is through a narrow lane . The wi fi wasn't working , though we survived on the mobile network data. We had booked the Suite on the top floor of this property .It was very spacious ,ambience good.

Better approach road for the parking. All facilities mentioned at the property should be up and working ,as mentioned on the portal.

Lift very slow ans small always crawded..

It's quite decent, the location is central, the room is good looking, check in was smooth, a welcome drink was provided and the buffet breakfast was very tasy and had good options for the price

Room needs to cleaned better, when I picked up the menu in the room , remnants of food fell down, which wasn't cleaned even on day 2 of my stay. The restaurant menu is just some printouts stapled together.

The Rooms are spacious and good

Their was heavy sound of blower near the entrance of room due to which their was an disturbance during our stay ,Lift issues as the hotel property is in the top floor of an complex.And their was drainage smell in the bathroom area.

Neat,clean,sanitized rooms...helpful staff,great delicious food at restaurant n good ,quick service.at restaurant..centrally located....

Group should have its own property ..as they have converted upper 3 floors into hotel....easy accessibility...road side rooms..

Location. Used to the same hotel

They seem to be slipping of the deep cleaning routine, shows inside the restrooms particularly. Just a warning to improve but they are quite professional, need to improve here

Room was very clean. Excellent staff and food. Every one is co operative. Would like to stay again if you improve or work on wifi facility.

As many corporate visitors visit or stay there there is no wifi facilities at all which is a big deaw back of hotel.
