Comfortable room with adequate amenities. The refrigerator was partially working. The toilet was renewed and very clean. Perfect location The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained hygiene. Breakfast and dinner was awesome.

Stay was very comfortable, room size is good to accommodate two, descent. Breakfast was excellent and Staff is very polite. Overall good place for a stay in Kolhapur.

I was charged GST on Service charges and also VAT was charged separately after charging GST in Roof top restaurant

The staff of all departments is polite and friendly. Housekeeping and in-room dining responded promptly whenever we called. The restaurant team attended us well even though we reached beyond the breakfast time. The hotel is also working to support the environment by doing away with plastic water bottles in rooms. They have easy to handle glass bottles instead.

Nothing to dislike

The room including the bathroom are spacious and very clean. Everything is well maintained. Value for money. Would not hesitate to book again. Wanted to extend the stay but no rooms were available.

The restaurant service needs to be a bit faster. We went in at around 2 pm, the service was very slow especially for a staple food ordered.

The place is recently renovated. Good accessibility to Kolhapur's Mahalaxmi Temple. Hotel staff was helpful. Rooms are spacious. Had a relaxing stay.
