I recently stayed at the Fab hotel Aayash and had an exceptional experience! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. *Pros:* - Friendly and welcoming staff: The front desk team was warm and helpful, making check-in and check-out seamless. - Clean and comfortable room: The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. - Excellent location: The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the city. Highlights: - The hotel's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction impressed me. *Recommendation:* I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kolkata. It's a great value for the price, and I would definitely stay here again.

*Cons:* The bathroom should be kept a little more clean

Waiting time... I understand the check in timelines... But irrespective of rooms availability they won't give u early check in. Food is aweful, they will treat you like they are doing a favour for giving u a stay. You hav to go through a liquor stock room for a lift. 2 bars in 2 floors but they strictly don't serve alcohol in room. I had a feeling of staying in a hostel .toilets were in mess... Never had any such experience across India.. worst experience...

The staff is fantastic. Especially would like to place on record the excellent care by tamal and Ms mrinmay front office staff was very helpful and considerate. Had an excellent stay. Would love to come again. The Breakfast spread was awesome.

The location was good. The room was clean.

Breakfast was included but never offered. No protection on your belonging vehicles. My bike was parked outside of the hotel. Despite of the fact that the hotel had security, still the mobile holder of my bike was broken.

In this hotel i have a good experience, it is situated in a city center area, very clean room and bathroom, very good staffs. I stayed here with my family,it is very good for families and i suggest this hotel for every one

The location of the hotel is good . MR. tamal &pappu was very cooperative and polite. The rooms are very good with all the necessary facilities . The food is also very tasty as I tried the recommendation of the chef and it was very delicious. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic and comfy stay.

pappu at reception provided excellent service during our stay and was very hospitable. He speaks very politely and is well mannered.

Locality, hospitality and did not create any issue with the fact that I paid online via website. Generally people do create issues and prefer cash at the counter but this hotel was very comfortable with a prepaid payment.

The price could be reduced and the washroom was small.
