fab hotel associate canceled my booking as I was not ready to pay 560+ rupees to them directly, but the operation manager of Kzar Corporate ensured about the availability of the room and offered a very nice room. It was a very short stay with fair treatment, only and initially spoiled by fab hotel

I did not like the way fab hotel associate dealt with me, I am sure off late fab is making money and has forgot the basics and very common ways to communicate with customers. Will never come to any hotel fab is promoting and for sure I will ensure each and everyone I know, avoids fab hotels services. THEY ARE NO LONGER NEEDED.

Location was good, lobby etc was ok. Room was very big. Food taste was very good

They put pics of buffet for breakfast and dinner but they don't have any buffet anywhere in hotel. They have a kitchen but no restraint of their own. They seem to have rented it out to Karina and keep telling guests to go to Karims as if promoting that restraint chain even though guests may have reservation in going to karims kind of restaurant.food quantity provided was insufficient. We had taken full day F&B plan and the breakfast was worthless. One or two receptionists would talk to you in a very aggressive tone with such tone as if you are talking to the hotel chain owner itself. Not a good experience. I won't bon in here next time. I had a great stay at this hotel! The service was very good and the staff were really attentive and kind. The location is convenient, but just a heads-up — tuk tuks don’t usually pass by, so you’ll need to use Uber or call a taxi. Overall, a very good experience!

I am shiyas from ZAKO INTERNATIONAL ,KERALA..I really liked the hotel..All its staff are very well behaved..The hotel is very comfortable in every way..If I have to come that area again..I will choose that hotel

Couldn't have the breakfast due to early check out. Had dinner, it was good. However it was served in the room. No dining restaurant to have dinner.

Dining restaurant/ room should be there. Had to ask and remind staff about the dinner with reservation. They did not check by themselves.

Nice hotel with polite staff. Comfortable room. Good room service - they bring you the food from the restaurant straight to the room.

The water was in the bathroom was only lukewarm but considering the outside heat it was not a problem.

The Hotel is located in a quiet surrounding sealdha area and the rooms are spacious & clean and well maintained. Some of the Staff could do well with a smile on their faces. The restaurant staff were polite, pleasant and welcoming.
