We liked pretty much everything. The room was spacious, the toilet was clean. The staff were well behaved. They provided two water bottles everyday and soaps for the bathroom. We just didn’t like the area but the hotel was good. Very near to Sealdah railway station.

We had to pay for our 3 nights stay just after we checked in. It was already past 8 pm and we had to rush to the money exchange to convert money so that we could pay. When we requested the manager to pay later as we needed to convert currency, he replied that we can keep our luggage in our room but won't get the Key unless we pay which was disappointing.

First of I thank all the staff in the hotel , they are very kind and cooperative. Mr Dav is very cooperative and supportive and guided us very well regarding our doubts and questions. I strongly recommend your hotel to my friends and my family members.

Everything. Especially whenever we need hot water they have provided for us. If we need any clarifications they have cleared and they arranged the cab for us with the nominal rate. Thank you team in the Fab hotel.

The apartment is bright and cheerful. Room is clean and neat. Although it's just beside the main street, it was very quiet inside the room. which allows for peaceful rest at night. Walking distance to Sealdah train station is about 25-30 min; not the nearest but still within reach by walk. There is a few eating place and restaurant within walking distance. Book Street also within walking distance. Over all very satisfied with the location.

Room service staff is a angry old man. We had our train at 6am early morning from Howrah. When we woke up from our bed around 3am to go to wash room and to be ready for station. I found hot water was not coming from water tap. Then I went to reception and nobody was there. That room service old man was sleeping in a dark banquet hall side. I tried to inform about the hot water problem but when he woke up from sleep, he was very angry and behaved with angry words. He refused to resolve our issue. Then I came back to room with sad mind and prepared to take bath in cold water. But thanks God. Finally he came after some time and resolved the issue. That was very sad moment in that night when he refused and replied with angry mood to me. Rest Services are very fine.

At first, the front desk told me there was no breakfast. He checked, and sent someone to get me some bread, coffee, and a banana. The location was fine because I like the neighborhood feeling. It may not be suitable for some people.

Though the attendants were nice, I had to convince the manager to help me with basic tasks like printing a document or helping me get a cab at 5 AM.

The best advantage of the hotel is, It is very close to the railway, The staff is well mannered & polite. always ready to help even if you want to get anything from outside also. normally the other hotels do not provide this facility. Room was upto the mark value for money breakfast was good though it was only indian. Cleanliness was good. Overall the stay was pleasant will recommend this place good for family it was very safe and homely atmosphere.

Hotel arranged for laundry service. The room was quiet considering its busy location. The little back streets and nearby markets are interesting. Close to one of the main train stations.

Breakfast was served at 9:30am only. walking distance to the main tourist attractions near the river is at least 45 minutes. Predominantly non- veg restaurants nearby

Mosquito liquid not provided and dustbin was damaged. Compare with facility,the rent was more.its price would be Rs 2500/- per night maximum including all tax and services

The gate closes at 12.00 AM , when I got back to the hotel , it was 12.30 and the gate was closed . I had to call many times to the reception and literally beg to open the gate , he threatened he won’t open the gate . Eventually he did open the gate, but that isn’t any pleasant experience.

A true good hotel, where the staff and management are highly focused on customer satisfaction. I love the staff behave and cleanliness standard
