The location is really good. I stayed for 8 days and 2 metros Rabindra Sorobor and Kalighat metro station both are near. If you go down you'll find tea stall and the place is very safe too. The bathroom is very good and hot water is available 24*7 courtesy geyser.

The Lift is very small. The rooms are a bit smaller with respect to the price. The breakfast isn't good, specially the tea. They don't have a kitchen. You can order from outside.

Please stay here it is like staying in a 7 star hotel. You get multiple choices of cuisine from all around the world. The swimming pool is quite huge and clean. The service of spa is really fantastic.

I did not like the rolls Royce pickup service. Could have used a helicopter instead. The bugatti cars colour should be black instead of red Thank you.

The staff were really helpful and went beyond their means to make our stay comfortable and convenient. The location is just a 3 min walking distance from Ravindra Sarovar Metro Station.

The location of Itsy By Treebo - Reotel is unbeatable. Situated in the heart of the city, it's conveniently close to major attractions, shopping districts, and dining options. It made exploring the city a breeze.

Breakfast had both option available Veg & Non-Veg , However no Buffet available but they served food in the rooms , which is so good & tasty

Hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. I stayed there for 5 days they helped me always and it's safe for a women to stay there. No risk.

Fan was noisy and ac too...other than this everything was very good.
