Very Good place to stay. The room was clean and spacious. Bed was very good and comfortable. The staff was amazing and helpful. The place was decent.

Nothing very bad rooms, no cleanliness, charged very high for every thing.

There is no Water cooler for drinking water, they are selling water and even on very high price than MRP and room is also bad, strains on bed and bedsheet……..etc.

Nothing at all - the hotel is in a very unhygienic and very dirty condition and definitely not family friendly. Please remove it from booking.com until they have fixed all the issues. the AC was leaking the switches were not working the fan regulator switch was missing and the list goes on.

Please remove it from booking.com until they have fixed all the issues but I am sure fixing is not possible by the management as they don't care about the condition. As per them it is a good standard. There is no geaser or water heater or hot water for shower, the AC was leaking (so much so that the table was completely wet and spilled on the floor), the switches are not working, the fan regulator switch was missing and the list goes on. I had to rush for a meeting the evening I landed and I reached the hotel only around 7pm and as I was getting delayed, so I failed to notice as I left my luggage and left for the meeting but when I came back it was very late in the night, so the next day I requested to refund the amount for next 2 days but they refused. Finally after talking to the owner of the hotel I was shifted to a much further away hotel from the venue.

Very bad maintenance and worst experience till date!! They charged me extra than what was shown on the app They didn’t provide any keys for the room and said that they don’t have any keys you can just leave the room open when you leave somewhere which is very unethical and we didn’t like that at all. The bathroom is filled with cockroaches. No lift services. We had to climb up and down till 4th floor each time. They didn’t provide any number or phone to connect with the reception for any room service.

They claim more money , when I book the room in the app booking .com it was showing the price is 834.65 But when I reach there they claim 1600 And the time of check out I asked for the bill they also deniyed to provide the bill
