And the service specially Sanjoy Kundu Da Manager @ ASL Prime Hotel 😍 was too good, Thank you Sanjoy Da , The 6 nights we were in town for business , Room was good, well maintained, with the right amenities, and hotel staff was very timely in responding to requests. The breakfast spread included with your stay was the best part of our stay. Overall very pleasant stay, and highly recommended for your Business or Vacation stay!

I recently booked room for 1 day & Manager Mr. Sanjoy Kundu from ASL Prime helped me in finalizing my need. Room itself was well equipped with all amenities & comfortable. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. We very pleased with the stay. I hope to be back for a another visit in the future.

Ambience, food and the staff all were upto the mark.

The worst thing is that I received a bill in my name and address of some other company. In view of this I am not able to claim my expenses. I have tried to contact through mail and WhatsApp but in vain . I shall be highly thankful if I am contacted on my mail/ Mobile for issuance of a new bill.

The hotel is well designed, well constructed, well maintained and well kept clean. The staff is very professional, very friendly and very polite. Breakfast is delicious, big variety. We had to leave to airport early. They even opened dining room earlier for us. Definitely it worth to come here. The price is very competitive.

The location. The toilet/bathroom facility was better than expected.

The room size was smaller than anticipated. There was difficulty in movement inside the room.

I stayed over there in a maple room for 4 nights .The ambience of the hotel was found to be very good. The managing staff as well as the other staff members are very polite and cordial.The food is good.As far as the location is concerned, it's just at the Gariahat Crossing, which is a very famous area in greater Kolkata. As far as cleanliness is concerned, it's properly taken care of every now and then what I found and the rooms have a very specious and hygienic atmosphere. I would love to be there whenever I go to Kolkata and highly recommended.

The hotel has quite a good ambience and the staffs were also very good at their service, as well as kind and helpful too. Manager Sanjoy kundu just amazing guy , he always help her , Check in was hassle free. No problems as such during the stay. The food was also good, but I personally liked the veg dishes more. The hotel is super clean and nice. It makes you feel comfortable straight after entering the main door. Hotel is equipped with almost everything you might need. Overall it was a good experience for the price I paid. I highly recommend this Hotel for your stay.
