I am satisfied with overall. My expectation also was not so big.

Convenience location

Location was very convenient.

Ac was not functioning properly. The room did not have its own key, so we had to ask the reception every time we wanted to open the room. We had selected non-smoker's room but given smoker's room, so there was smoke smell.

No room service was available...they give a hotel's number while asked for room service. Window was plane glass with curtains that opened into another mall...not at all felt safe. Hotel room was on the sixth floor of the mall...only one lift was available for whole shops in the mall..that was quite cumbersome.

Room was neat and clean.

Network facility was not available.Eventhough wifi signal is there internet was not available. I have intimated the same to hotel staff and there were no response. Nxt main uncomfortable thing was the entry to room. For each time i want to access the room ,hotel room has to accompany me along with thier card. They have given one card which is only for getting power supply in room.

Cleanliness. And location. Parking is congested as it shares the parking with mall. The lift doesn't go till the parking so carrying luggage is a challenge.

All amenities like TV AC fan phone etc should be in perfect working condition before giving room to guests. I had problems with TV and fan. Repair took time and caused inconvenience to us. Window curtain should not be transparent.

The hotel location is central, and the check-in staff were responsive when I requested a room change.

The room provided initially was completely different from the photos online. It had broken tiles, visible stains, and was overall very unhygienic. Bedsheets and towels were dirty, with hair on them, and there were cockroaches in the room. Although the second room was slightly better, the toilet was clogged with stagnant water. Breakfast was average and not worth the price. Access through a mall was inconvenient.
