Hotel facilities are good as well as the staff. Very kind and helpful in all respects. Food quality is excellent. If you are booking this hotel, you need to book with breakfast and dinner. There are no restaurants near by. As such, you will not find nice restaurants in Leh itself. Only draw back, you will find, the buffet spread either in breakfast or dinner depends the over all booking of the hotel. If the occupancy is low, then you will get only what they offer. They are quite flexible. Second important information, please make sure, if you book through booking. com or any other website, your room is confirmed from the hotel itself. Our room confirmation was cancelled due to advancement, where as the condition of booking.com, pay at property. Property is new and the facilties are good. Location is not so convenient but near to the airport. If you have your organised transportation, there is no problem at all. Every day, there will be 2 litre bottled water provided by the hotel and also RO water is available always for you.

Exceptionally clean, amazing mountain view from the balcony, staff was very warm and caring ,Manager Mr.Anthony gave me a list of instructions on my arrival about high altitude precautions and care to be taken and he made sure my stay was comfortable.

Location- 2 kms away from the market and they usually charge Rs.600 for to and fro ride.But if you really want yo enjoy solitude the best location.

From the start we felt welcomed and looked after by all staff and especially by Anthony, the manager. The property is new and modern yet ha a nice ambience of local architecture and decor.

The hotel is modern, very clean and close to the airport . The rooms have a great view and very spacious, the staff are also very friendly N provide excellent service.
