Stayed here to attend one wedding of my relatives and entire show was superb and decor guy Mr. Nijami and his team done fantastic job. Shivani ma'am was so much cooperative and helped us in planning our event from day one. Small hotel with amazing food and people. Absolutely a crown of hospitality in this City of Nawab. Thank you sooooooooo much to everyone for making our event memorable and will surely come again and recommend this place to all our knowns.

Excellent housekeeping staff, helpful reception staff and special mention to F&B staff at their breakfast place - Ms. Anjali who was courteous and helpful for the first time traveler like me to Lucknow to explain local shopping places, delicacies etc.

Banquets disrupt the silence, got woken up midnight by a phone call from reception, apparently someone complained that our room was noisy without even personally checking whether it’s indeed the case!!

Quite decent place at Lucknow, beyond expectations as truly didn't expect this kind of facilities and services. It's beating the big hotels. Service standards are too good and buffet breakfast is just wow, almost they have everything and best part they serve pot of items from the kitchen, that to with no charge. Great place with nice staff.

Quite place at Ansal filled with Greenery. Gives a look of boutique hotel and property is neat and clean and people are so good and helpful. Kudos to team comfort for having such a good restaurant and specially rooftop, which has a amazing view from top. Great place with great people. Ambience is top notch.

We are a Portuguese couple traveling the world in a motorcycle around Asia - and by that time visit India & Lucknow. We decided to stay here as a last minute option given our first hotel (the hotel we had booked to stay that night in Lucknow) was actually full and canceled our reservation. So as I said it was a last minute booking and happy it happened because we could not have a better stay ! Rooms are very proper and clean, and spacious ! Very comfortable bed so we had an amazing night sleep. Manager was super kind and gave us an upgrade! Besides that we was kind enough to let us park our motorcycle close to the main entrance of the hotel, next to the guard so he could keep an eye on it. The staff was quite nice with us. Breakfast is amazing 🤩! Breakfast Buffet with lots of varieties. Staff in the restaurant is also very kind. Before we left the staff offered us a lunch box for our journey so they were very kind with us ! As it is had everything we look in a hotel, we give it a 10 👍🏻

My dad was travelling alone , he is 80 years old .I had lot of stress sending him to Lucknow but Shivani madam really relived all stress right from booking ,check in, room services ,helped to arrange cab for him, guided him, food was of excellent quality balanced ,hygienic which kept my dad healthy . I am really thankful to each and every staff working in this star hotel for their hospitality .

The hotel is spick and span, a peaceful clean location away from the hustle and bustle of traffic on the main road. Yet access to the main road (Shahid Path) is barely 2 mins away. I travel a lot and like to check different hotels all the time, with that experience, I can say that the staff here was exceptionally hospitable, gentle and caring. Right from the check-in desk to the staff at the restaurant and room service (a big thanks to Hasnain who helped us in the room), they treat you so gently and with kindness that you feel special being there. Loved the stay, and the overall feeling and yes I am coming back to this lovely hotel pretty soon. Good work guys! Cheers! See you again :)

Had a wonderful stay here and their food preparatons are soooooo yummy and people are so nice and eager to help always. Best part of this place is greenery and hotel is sourrended by luch hreen gardens which hives a boutique feel. Just wow

This hotel provides you everything you can ask for in a great property. It has very good restaurant of various cuisines with excellent food quality and taste, the location of the hotel is perfect too. The staff is very humble, courteous and helpful. Most of the senior staff really knows how to meet the needs and expectations of their customer. I keep visiting this property every month and the biggest reason has been the warmth and hospitality of their staff.
