While we have gone multiple times to Lucknow, We had one of the best trips to Lucknow because of the hospitality of Trident Jaipur. The rooms, food and almost everything was impeccable. Would like to specially mention name of Akash Goutam, Subhajit Jana (both service staff) who made this stay all the more special with their best in class services. Special t of the world. Also wanted to thank another service staff Ajay who also made a good contribution to the overall hospitality

I strongly recommend this Hotel as well as all the fab hotels, the service, hospitality, cordiality of the staff is , PAR EXCELLANCE ,today I had a great opportunity to test out their Spa, neath less to say I had one of my best massage , thanks to the world class trained therapist (Kaveri) I recommend that if choose to use the spa please ask for her in person, you will not be disappointed, And a grand thank you to Mr Rattan Tata for this level of service.

Very pleasant stay, staff was very courteous. Team at front desk, cafe treat was real good. Much appreciate Kush in Cafe Turtle. My special Thanks to Ms Arshi from the time of reservation to our departure, she was very helpful. My family enjoyed a very comfortable & satisfying stay. Rates are very reasonable and rooms are big & nice. We will cone again and stay with FabHotel Shimla Resort Lucknow.,,👍🎉🌹

Property was conveniently located, rooms were larger than expected, and decently maintained. Staff was helpful and accommodated our requests.

Lighting in the rooms could be better/brighter. Hot water was not available in one of the rooms. Amenities were available, but basic. Tata Sky was not working.

Property is big and mainly wedding purpose but staying there is comfortable only the food is not available at hotel.

There was renovation work was going on , only me and may 1 more guest was there.Little bit awkward feel.

I had an excellent stay The staff was very courteous and polite, especially The housekeeping staff ensured that the room was always spick and span and equipped with all amenities. Overall, I was very happy with the experience.
