The hotel is a beautiful one. It is located at a location 5 mins walk from the Hussain Gunj metro station. The staffs are friendly. Everything else is good. The room, room service, cleaning everything I liked very much. Mukesh is very good person. Same for other room service and cleaning staffs.

However, the person in the restaurant part was always seeking for tips (in fact every day). It was horrible to go there every morning even to take our complementary breakfast just because of that person. Today we requested for an early breakfast (just 10 minutes early). They gave us only toast, omelette at 8 am and no breakfast was ready even at 8:10 am. However he again appeared for tips when I was checking out. Unless substituted immediately, the hotel reputation will be spotted.

Very clean with great service, inc. room cleaning. Hot water 24/7, comfortable bed and good wifi. For me, good location in easy walking distance of Hussain Ganj Meto Station. Would recommend.

Only issue was the fact that the hotel accepted a credit card for the deposit on line but would only take cash for the final payment at the hotel

The smart lighting & modern system like AC can be controlled by smart switch etc. .room size is quite big...water flow is super...staff cooperative...overall ok

Maintainence heavily required otherwise it will loose the new, fresh & clean touch very soon....area is congested

The smart technology, the prompt response of the hotel staffs. The room was very spacious and clean. Most importantly is nearby to the bustling Aminabaad market.

The bathroom door was not working and even the shower handle was broken. If they take care of these few minute details it would be one of the best hotels in that area.

The bed was comfy, the food was good and the staff courteous.

The place is in the middle of a bazaar, there is no view out of the window and the bathroom smelled when I entered the room.

There was no hot water in the hotel I travelled in winter season N tht was basic Tht is the only thing i m dissappointed most

Located in the heart of the city, every famous eatery is a nice walk away. The staff were very helpful, room in good condition. Had a business hotel vibe which I found comfortable. Would recommend as a safe and budget option.
