Behaviour of manager and staff and customer dealing is fantastic. Always responsive and attentive. Room service, Facilites, bathroom fittings and amenities like geyser, toiletries are upto the mark. Room has a Large 43inch Samsung LED TV (not smart one).

During our stay No houskeeping was done, No bed sheet and pillow cover changed. No drinking water source for boarders, dependancy on staff only. Minimum varieties of complimentary morning breakfast. Set top box was not provided by default. On demand it was connected yet no set top box remote provided. Maximum channels are not subscribed. Limited free channels are available. No intercom connection. Request placed on given mobile no only.

Excellent staff, caring the customer. Everybody try to do its own best. Very warm welcoming and very helpful. I have to manage some plans changing and the staff helped me to solve my changing and to book new ticket trains.

Its location, it is near to metro station, shopping area and restaurants.

Bed was comfortable. Staff was super friendly & co-operative. Specially Mr.Anand helped me out to have a good cab for Bihar. He did really good job to keep his clients 100% comfortable. He is doing extremely good. Good staff member....

Nice and clean rooms. Friendly reception! There were people 24/7 at the reception which made it really easy for communication. Furthermore was it great that they spoke English!

There was not a lot of choice for breakfast and you had to eat it in your room.

Great room. There was a bit of noise issue due to road underneath. Staff was helpful. AC was great and Free Breakfast was tasty.
