The Breakfast was well elaborated with a good mix of veg and non veg, blending the taste of India and the west. The staff welcome and patience were fantastic inspite of many customers that showed irritation because room was not booked or other issues. Mr Lalit at the reception showed excellent qualities in handling nasty customers.

There were several events happening during my stay and almost everyday there was loud music that was being aired.

Some staff were a bit lax, they didn't scan our passports correctly the first time so they had to call us down again. Then they messed up our cash for the airport drop off. They just need to be more attentive to detail.

I loved the bakery items. Their pastry chef needs a raise.

Not very well maintained considering it's a five star hotel. Small small things were out of place in my room. I'll make some pointers : 1. Body wash was near the basin and hand wash was inside the shower cabin. 2. Empty batteries inside the tv remote. 3. The dinner menu in our room had scribblings all over it as if a child had drawn inside it with a pencil.

I had an exceptional stay at Holiday Inn! Our hosts, Karuna and Shradha, were warm, welcoming, and ensured our every need was met. The room was immaculate, spacious, and well-appointed. The pool area was pristine and perfect for relaxation. The food was outstanding, with a diverse range of options to suit every taste. Special thanks to Karuna and Shradha for making our stay truly unforgettable. Highly recommend!

The staff in the breakfast room were excellent. As I was leaving at 5am for the airport I was offered a packed breakfast which I actually said no as it's too early for me eat, but instead the MANAGER MR RAJ GAVE ME A FREE DINNER AND STILL PACKED THE BREAKFAST FOR ME AND MY SISTER TO TAKE WITH US. HATS OF TO MR RAJ, FOR HIS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.

Facility and interior, friendly and service oriented staff in restaurants, spacious rooms and location.

Reception staff is lacking propel training in guest dealing and lack empathy. Technical support staff good in giving excuses for malfunctioning gear without fixing the issue. This feedback is also conveyed to manager on duty. Fire alarm went off three time in my three night stay, apparently false but no announcements made.

This was the 2nd stay in 2 years at this place, and we have always felt homely here. Nice environment, excellent reception, very good room service, and attentive cheerful staff. Overall, this is one of the best places to stay in Lucknow.

Close proximity to the airport. Very good spread of Breakfast, Nice pool & gym. They have spacious convention center too with tasty food options.

The issue with lucknow around this time is lot of mosquito around. Probably hotel should look at fumigation. However this issue we faced in the lobby only & not floor /rooms. All the time, person standing with mosquito bat at lobby area doe not make sense.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, a true feast for the senses! The spread of authentic Indian dishes transported me straight to the heart of India with every bite. It was clean ! Up to American standards and staff were exceptional very helpful courteous and professional! Transportation was also very accessible… walking distance to the lucknow Metro… Uber always 2/3 mins away!
