This place was my saviour after an error from another hotel. Fortunately, I think it worked out for the best anyway! The fact I had only booked 10mins earlier was not an issue and they had a nice clean room available for me. The staff are very kind and always do their best to help. Super comfy bed, big room and bathroom which was all very clean. Excellent value for money. Pretty good location, just a short taxi to the gomti nagar coffee shops and restaurants. They also kept my bags for me whilst I was out for the day and had a night bus to catch. Would definitely stay again. Thank you to the hotel pinaka team :)

No window in my particular room so doesn't get a 10. 100% recommend to others though!

Good location 1 min walking distance from chandan hospital kamta chowk, staffs are well professional polite always stand to help, no force to eat inside food you are always allowed to take food from outside no food restriction lift is functional 24×7 tea is one of best quality here you can order many more in a day.

Only parking facility is deficient you have to park your vehicle in front of the hotel but that is also safe as there is camera everywhere.

The hotel was situated amongst an upscale residential community. Rooms were very spacious, service was very good. The best point was it was near to a great park good for people who love to have an early morning walk or play for the kids.

I needed to change the bed sheet before entering, but it was not clean. I visited it in Jinori, and the room was very cold and there was no heating. The menu was limited to days, so there were no options.

We have booked two room in one room AC was not working. But as it was cold wheather didn't had any problem.

He charged extra 500 for early check in other hotels check in time in lucknow is 11am but his time is 1pm he charged me 500 for two hours...

We could not get breakfast because we had to catch a flight and the kitchen doesn’t open beef 8:30

Breakfast money was charged but did no provide anything before 8:30.

Courteous and helpful staff, met all our needs fully, spacious rooms and very clean. Loved it
