Food was excellent

I was traveling by road on my motorcycle and security initially had reservation regarding parking at ground level. they wanted me to park in basement where there is no lift to come to lobby. considering I had travelled 500+ kms in the evening it is tiring. They understood the issue after explaining. but it creates lot of irritation when guest arrive and have to explain it to security and then security manager and then couple of guys. please give standing instructions to the staff not to discriminate against motorcycle guests

Stayed there for 1 night (multiple rooms) booked through Booking.com, followed by another 3 nights as part of a Wedding Group. Largely uneventful and competent hotel services, except for issues with towel shortage.

The first glaring glitch of property being short on towels once the full load of Wedding Bookings materialised. Housekeeping needed reminders, but thereafter they did their best to come up with solutions. The second issue was during the continued 3 day stay as part of a wedding party bulk-booking (not done through Booking,com), service was somewhat inferior to the normal services: breakfast being served in the lawns on very chilly mornings; personal discomfort and also food getting cold by the time it reached the plate on the table; also the chefs and attendants for the bulk booking events were significantly inferior to the main hotel staff.

Nice and clean, comfy bed and good internet. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent, so many choices.

The noise from other residents woke me up at two in the morning, not the hotels fault but annoying all the same. The price of the beer is extortionate so we drank elsewhere, I did ask if they could discount the beer and after checking higher up, the bar staff said no. I know they do discount for locals so why not for foreigners, or better still just lower the price and get more custom.

Thanks to the front office who allowed an early check in at 8:00 AM The buffet served during breakfast is very good. A mix of Indian and English breakfast. Very helpful butlers who are always ready to serve you. The dinner buffet is good. However, the dessert counter needs a lot of improvement. I am from Kolkata and expect the best of sweets and Halwa to be served. Else, all is fine.

Room sizes are very small. Just comfortable for a single person accommodation. Won't recommend if you have kids traveling with you.

Breakfast is a good spread, if I may say a large spread However I would think a bit of creativity could help. Lot of repetition could be avoided. Doesn't harm as it allows you a second chance to try a few of the other things the next day.

Rooms need more attention...as aged.. E.g. My door was hard to open kind of jammed and required force...not as smooth Room service food options...nothing to rave about.. Very average in taste Young Hotel management trainees a many...especially those serving...very intimidated by the guests, iffy and lack confidence.... They need to be trained and cared for more so they're not scared or sheepish while facing the guests Very limited Vegan, Gluten Free diabetic dietary options

Overall experience was good - in room dining, room service, restaurant, cleanliness.

except the fact that initially they tried to give us a very poor room ( probably the worst in their inventory). Once we severely objected - they showed us far better rooms - which should have been given at first instance.. Substandard rooms being palmed off is dishonesty.

Very nice spread with north n south Indian options.

The person at billing was unwilling to.listem.to.the billing discrepancy..I paid more than.the confirmation from.yoir site and booking.com.is actually cheating g us by.luring us book with lower rates and then the hotel.cahrges higher rates I need a refund and have raised this with your team.and no response till.now.

The breakfast is very good and well made.The staff especially is extremely courteous and hands on even though its a buffet,. They were all out to serve the guests living true to the lucknowi andaz of taking care of guests. Even the buffet dinner was very well prepared value for money. Definetely worth a second visit.

call at reception never answered in one call . initially there was lot of disturbance in the Provided room and maintenance guy checked and conveyed that sound is from exhaust fan installed in the kitchen it was bit annoying as no one can have sound sleep with such noise .However on request room was changed .
