Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow was truly comfortable and memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were especially impressed by the delicious buffet breakfast. The team went above and beyond to fulfill our requests for a late check-in, rooms close to each other, and luggage storage after check-out, which made our stay seamless and stress-free.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was a definite highlight of our stay. However, we felt the overall experience lacked the premium polish and attention to detail we expect from the Hilton brand.

Loved the property location, overall property, room was nice, breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly and went overboard to help, especially when I had a minor medical emergency. Sarvesh, Upesh, Pappi were too generous while taking care of me during the medical emergency and actually helped me recover. Sanjeevni from the front desk team ensured my stay was pleasant, and any issues I had were taken care of.

There were instances where the towels in the room were dirty and were replaced on my request. Things like hand towels and body wash soap were not proactively put in after room cleaning. I spotted and reported cockroaches between the breakfast spread vessels.

Coming from staying at Hyatt, Lucknow for one night where I and my wife shockingly had a terrible experience over hygiene and staff response, we switched to Hilton the next day, although pre-apprehensive about an equally or worse experience than we had at one of the best hotels in the country (Hyatt). It was such a relief to discover that Hilton lived up to its high standards. Our stay there was not only convenient, the staff members / managers were bullet responsive and on our third day we were offered and given a junior suite room at the price of a regular room. I would specially mention and give credits to Mr Prafull and Ms Sanjeevni for making our stay wonderful.

Overpriced for the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay due to some big conference going on in Lucknow.

3 seniors stayed 4 nights in January 2025. We shared the room with 3 separate beds. Room was clean & bed comfortable. We had opted for room only as we wanted to eat Lucknow/Awadhi food for all meals. The hotel is located in a convenient area with cafes & restaurants near by. Ubers came easily.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Except probably that the 3rd guest bed & amenities for 3rd person could have been arranged before our arrival instead of after our arrival.

There is this person by the name of Akshat, I believe he is the Duty Manager. If you are staying this Hotel then always ask for this gentleman as he is super helpful and collaborative whilst being absolutely professional. Trust me... do not even ask for anyone else as they won't be that helpful as Akshat will be. He is truly an asset to the Hilton Hotel in Lucknow. I have travelled widely and his professionalism is at par with an International quality and level of service.

Each item on the breakfast buffet exuded freshness and quality. The fruits were ripe and flavorful, the pastries were freshly baked, and the hot dishes were cooked to perfection. The service during breakfast was impeccable. The staff members were attentive and friendly, ensuring that my family had everything we needed. They promptly refilled items on the buffet, cleared tables efficiently, and offered coffee, tea, or juices with a genuine smile.

Nothing as such. I like everything about my stay here.

24x7 dinning was not very good . They nearly had nothing to serve late night . The staff was quite slow ( front desk) House keeping was good enough but they will only perform a task they is informed from reception till then u need to wait

I really enjoyed the good breakfast, and the staff’s warm smiles made the experience pleasant.

The staff sent a guest without my permission, which resulted in an unwelcome visitor. Better communication in the future would be appreciated to avoid such situations. The hot water kettle must also be appropriately cleaned for better hygiene.

Food quality was simply excellent. All items were extremely tasty. The breakfast and buffet dinner spreads were quite extensive. And the best part was the stuff - just to name a few with whom we made special bonds - Aarohi of the Reception Desk, Amit, Ankit, Ashwini in the Dining Hall, and many many other faces, whose names I don't recollect of hand (old fellow - you know!), however, all played their parts to make it a perfect experience for us. Keep it up Team Hilton! P.S. Don't miss the grilled chicken (a-la-carte item) - the Chef recommended it for our lunch, and it was simply out of this world!
