The best thing that happened with us is the Floor Manager : Mr.Rajnish...He made our stay feel like family and made us forget the issue we had with the front desk trainee staff. Chef Mr.Rajesh, also has to be mentioned the Aloo Gutke is so yum n the bendi fry was just like home food. Mr.Rajnish is an asset to this Hilton branch. Also Mr.Zakirya, such a sweet boy he is...He will be a good people's person and has a bright future. Thanks a lot Mr.Rajnish, for sorting the issue and making us feel at home. The masala chai and complimentary breaksfast, the special care you took for getting the dinner prepared by chef Mr.Rajesh, the time you spent in making all this happen...we will make this our to go place whenever we come to Lucknow.

The front desk trainee staff were unprofessional n they need to to be under supervision. Mr.Rajnish though took care of this issue.

Excellent location, spacious and well cleaned rooms, excellent hospitality , courteous staff , good food.

A major downside was the security guard while checking our car boot on the night of 15th September (around 8.30pm) did not take enough care (despite our verbal cautioning) and damaged a picture of RamLala with his hurried action. We were majorly disappointed with his unprofessional action since we had received that photo with blessings from the temple and had planned to instal in our home temple.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow was truly comfortable and memorable. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the staff was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We were especially impressed by the delicious buffet breakfast. The team went above and beyond to fulfill our requests for a late check-in, rooms close to each other, and luggage storage after check-out, which made our stay seamless and stress-free.

The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was a definite highlight of our stay. However, we felt the overall experience lacked the premium polish and attention to detail we expect from the Hilton brand.

Loved the property location, overall property, room was nice, breakfast was nice, staff was very friendly and went overboard to help, especially when I had a minor medical emergency. Sarvesh, Upesh, Pappi were too generous while taking care of me during the medical emergency and actually helped me recover. Sanjeevni from the front desk team ensured my stay was pleasant, and any issues I had were taken care of.

There were instances where the towels in the room were dirty and were replaced on my request. Things like hand towels and body wash soap were not proactively put in after room cleaning. I spotted and reported cockroaches between the breakfast spread vessels.

Breakfast spread was good with excellent service to customize food items. In-room dining service was good too. Staff is cooperative and quick in responding to requests. Welcome platter was a nice gesture. Cleanliness is much appreciated in the very clean bed, sheets, towels, bathroom. Absolutely no foul smell anywhere

Regularly upkeeping drinking water in the room, considering the city weather and AC indoor. Otherwise, no complaints at all.

Nice clean room; Providing free slippers, free toiletries, free water and a refrigerator. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good and for those that can't handle spicy food there are western/non-spicy options available. I enjoyed it so much I extended my stay by one extra night. I would stay at this hotel again if I was visiting or found myself in Lucknow.

Coming from staying at Hyatt, Lucknow for one night where I and my wife shockingly had a terrible experience over hygiene and staff response, we switched to Hilton the next day, although pre-apprehensive about an equally or worse experience than we had at one of the best hotels in the country (Hyatt). It was such a relief to discover that Hilton lived up to its high standards. Our stay there was not only convenient, the staff members / managers were bullet responsive and on our third day we were offered and given a junior suite room at the price of a regular room. I would specially mention and give credits to Mr Prafull and Ms Sanjeevni for making our stay wonderful.

Overpriced for the 2nd and 3rd day of our stay due to some big conference going on in Lucknow.

3 seniors stayed 4 nights in January 2025. We shared the room with 3 separate beds. Room was clean & bed comfortable. We had opted for room only as we wanted to eat Lucknow/Awadhi food for all meals. The hotel is located in a convenient area with cafes & restaurants near by. Ubers came easily.

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like. Except probably that the 3rd guest bed & amenities for 3rd person could have been arranged before our arrival instead of after our arrival.

Smiling cleanliness Extraordinary Keep it up . I reached around 8.30 in the morning. I have mentioned for a early check in which the hotel provided. Breakfast section was also nice with lots of helping hands.

There is this person by the name of Akshat, I believe he is the Duty Manager. If you are staying this Hotel then always ask for this gentleman as he is super helpful and collaborative whilst being absolutely professional. Trust me... do not even ask for anyone else as they won't be that helpful as Akshat will be. He is truly an asset to the Hilton Hotel in Lucknow. I have travelled widely and his professionalism is at par with an International quality and level of service.
