The staff during the day was very good particularly the reception person ,but during the night ,when the reception person changes , everything changes ,his attitude is not upto mark , especially when you ask for the remaining ammount at the time of checkout

The location is very petty ,it is located in inner side of the streets, you are most likely to encounter many drunk people over the street on your way to hotel ... And other unpleasant sight if you know you know... But still it is a worthy place to stay ... PS :- Take care while they charge you for bottle of water ,you actually don't realize which bottle is complementary and which is chargeable

The location of the hotel was very much at the centre, though it is in a small street. I loved the breakfast that they served which were excellent. The behaviour of the staff was exceptional helping in arranging for Taxi and guiding us about places and eateries to visit. They were very helpful throughout the stay. Rooms were decent but need painting. The first floor is under renovation and probably after that this place would be even better.

Need to paint the walls but I understand that the renovation of the 1st floor is stopping them.

Hotel Sharma Regency is situated in an excellent position for those who are coming from or going to the airport, Lucknow Junction or Lucknow NR station. It’s a few minutes walk from the metro which connects to the airport. It’s also a few minutes’ easy walk to the main train stations. Many small restaurants, snack shops and outdoor stalls selling juices, fruit and fast food surround the hotel. It’s simple to find rickshaws, 3-wheelers or taxis to take you places. The room I stayed in was well appointed (an A/C deluxe room). There was good cool A/C, constant hot water for showers, the bed was comfortable and had soft pillows. There’s one blind which prevents light entering so you can sleep in the dark without light disturbing you in the morning. A desk and chair allows for work and the wardrobe unit has plenty of space. There’s a kettle to make hot drinks (I had my own coffee, tea and milk powder). The hotel is safe and secure - keycard access to the room, CCTV monitoring from reception. The way in through the door past reception means unwanted people can be monitored. The receptionist, Mr. Viyay, is one of the most helpful people I have ever come across when visiting many hotels. He was happy, willing, and able to assist me in booking two trains when I couldn’t register on the IRCTC website and he even found me a free category for travel which I didn’t know about, providing me with a ticket on a train I thought was full. Furthermore, Mr. Viyay assisted me in booking a cheap car to a nearby cake shop. He went above his duties, taking me outside to find the vehicle, which was arriving late and hadn’t turned up. All these extra services were done with a genuine wish to help, even though Mr. Viyay was busy with other hotel tasks. This sort of assistance sets this hotel apart from other hotels with similar facilities and really helped make my trip a success. I highly recommend Sharma Regency.

Well, only the train service (not the hotel). But when there was a delay in my train, Mr. Viyay happily suggested I wait in the hotel lobby. He said I could rest in a room if needed when the delay was going to be over 14 hours (wow, so kind).

The location is just next to the Lucknow jn railway station and Charbag metro station. Good location and budget accommodation. Staff are good.

There is no in-house restaurant. They provide room services from nearby restaurants, and the food quality and hygiene part is poor, I personally faced problems with the foods. Non veg foods are not served, no eggs even. There is a scope of improvement in the overall housekeeping, and people are not properly trained.

Hi, I’m the owner of a little hotel in Thailand. So in thailand when book a room for 3 person we will prepare for 3 bed or every body must have a bed enough for rest. At first i book 1 room for 3 person and i was upset that hotel prepared just 1 bed king size for 3 person and i have to request one more bed.Staff give me one more bed immediately. Then i search another hotel…. 5 star hotel offer 1 bed for 3 person every where haha. Ok So this hotel is the best one in lucknow i can guaranty. Nice room like new.Air conditioner work. Elevator work. Very good location. Have a lot of food here. You can walk few minutes to metro and can go to airport by metro too very cheap. If you come to Lucknow. I recommend this hotel.

I liked the location of the hotel very much due to its closeness to the Charbagh railway & metro station, getting a local transport like an auto or e-rickshaw was also very easy as the location is one of the transport hub of the city. Locality is fine. the hotel & the room were also nice enough. the staff were also very nice & helpful.

the place has everything you need. but it can improve on the upkeep. no complaints as such.

The property is located very close to Charbagh metro & railway station, both at walkable distance. It's surrounded by many eateries, shops, all kinds of facilities taking care of all needs of travellers. The rooms inside are spacious, well furnished and in clean condition. Prompt help provided for food, travel & other support services.

The approach roads are ill maintained by government & in shabby conditions. The hotel is having partial renovation & should improve the overall exterior ambience asap.

We visited many different cities in the India for tourism purposes with family and didn’t find this type of best hotel 🏨 in my life which contains all things in single place with there well staff and overall facilities like food 🥘, cleaning 🧼, reception facilities and many things are the best in this hotel. Very happy to share my reviews for this property as they respond us on time always and this property we always recommend to all of the guests due to it is nearby the metro 🚇 station as well as bus station 🚌 with nearby railway station 🚉. Good location next to metro and train station. It wasn't too loud at night. Beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately the shower did not work at all so we had to shower with buckets. The toilet seat was loose. No free wifi was provided. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy.

Nice room, very good shower. Excellent central location, 5 min walk from the railway station and 2 min walk from the metro (which goes straight to the airport). Helpful staff. We arrived very early, but the room was ready for us, Very happy for that. Asked for towels and tea bags, which we got promptly.

Unfortunately, there were no dry big towels. The staff solved it by giving us two hand towels each instead, which was ok.
