Specious, poshy with and army of workers. The bed, bathroom and breakfast was top level. Some exceptional workers, while one in head staff bullied workers loudly in the restaurant infront of costumers. The Entrance and front surrounding of complex is nearly finished and looks impressive. Big window but old paint stains on the outside killed complete experience.

Backside of facilities Power went out several times per day, and the rfid electrical keys usally fails when this happens. But the army of workers usually responded quickly. Their wifi network was also an issue due to over restricted access. Indian loud and agressive bullying of workers infront of costumers eating in resturant is definitely not acceptable in any type of functioning society. Some workers seems to be not aware and forget you are there or ignore you. (trauma from bully?) Paint staines outside big window kills the view. I bit overpriced laundry.

I start by mentioning the smiling faces of all the staff all the time. Everybody was active, kind, courteous and helpful. I thank the organisation from the deep of my heart. The swimming pool was very good without the horror of chlorine. We enjoyed all the three days in the pool. The food in the restaurant along with the live music in the evening was awesome. The room was too good. The hotel is beautiful and can be explored by walking. The room service and cleaning were regular. We shall visit again for sure.

All the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, polite and amazing in every way possible. The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner had a great variety, something to everyone’s taste, with the staff eager to explain unfamiliar foods, also menu available. The local art displayed and for sale also gives the place an extra edge. The treatments at spa (massage and facial) are recommended

While the room was very clean, areas around the pool, and one elevator to spa and windows could have done with a bit more care. When I booked I also thought it was nearer to city

Super expansive property built on 50 acres housing a premium & budget hotel as well as a banquet hall. This is a property one must visit to see & enjoy the many facilities available. Each of the hotels (Ramada Plaza & Ramada) have different dining rooms, hence the quality & variety of spread was completely different. The hotel also has a disco, spa, pool, games room etc to keep guests occupied. The property has space to park atleast 300 to 400 cars if required. It's definitely a must visit place for my next Lucknow trip.

First big turn-off was the location. It is away from the city and one will need to drive a long way outside the city to reach the hotel if coming from Agra or via Purvanchal expressway. Plus the approach road is completely ruined due to a flyover/metro construction. Second thing we did not like was the quality of the food. It may be ok for some people but for us it was a bit dry.

The front desk at the spa was horrible. The lady at the spa tried to trick me. Although I desperately needed a massage I had to decline because of her unprofessionalism. I also did not like that the housekeeping ignored my request to replace the towels while I was away for breakfast. I had to call them twice after I was back.

The hotel is pretty good, met my expectations. The staff were very courteous and mostly prompt with their services. The food is fantastic and we enjoyed a variety of snacks, finger foods and main courses. The property is very clean and well maintained and gives a warm and cosy feeling to the guests.

The location is the first thing we did not like. The hotel is pretty far away from the main city, and all the major attractions or well known places are at least 25 kms away from the hotel; this increased our travel time by a great amount. The room service can be better, there is generally a long wait time after you request something.

Total stay was comfortable..staff was very hospitable and helpful...food was excellent...Chef even made food as per our taste...the singers in the hotel lobby were too good...purchased natural ittar from the shop in Ramada...overall excellent stay

When we entered the room the bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty and used... It was surprising for us...bcas it's not expected frm this hotel However the house keeping came and changed after being told

Breakfast was excellent ,very courteous and coustomer service oriented. They really put in all efforts to to see the customers expectations are fully taken care of. Breakfast was sumptous and the staff in the restuarant was very helpful and attentive to needs. The location too was to our liking based on our need to take the outer ring road lucknow.

The TV required check up before it could function. Should have been looked into before allotting the room.

The hotel was fantastic with friendly, helpful staff and a great restaurant.

The hotel is quite far outside of Lucknow so does take time to travel in for sightseeing. If you’re not planning on staying put at the hotel, or renting a car, it may not be the best option.
