Almost everything was really good. Breakfast was great. We also had lunch on a couple of occasions and it was also tasty. Our room was very good, clean, well maintained. The location of the hotel is also great. Staff were very friendly. Overall, I think you get very good value for your money in this hotel.

Nothing really comes to mind. Perhaps they can improve the luggage storage facility and let the customers keep any valuable item with their bags locked.

The food in their in-house restaurant was better than most Indian-American restaurants I have eaten at in the USA (and I have tried many of them). The staff in the hotel and restaurant were top-notch. One thing which never seems to be mentioned is that the hotel is about 100 ft from a subway stop! Unfortunately, I didn't discover that until my last morning there. The subway is very clean and patrolled by local police.

Like many metropolitan areas in India, the air quality in Lucknow is poor. The hotel rooms are fine though as the air is filtered.

Breakfast was good with many options to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised at a dinner on Saturday when found a singer singing melodious songs from past and present. He also obliged us by taking a request from us :-) Staff was also very courteous.

The shower does not have a door and the bathroom floor outside the shower kept getting wet when taking shower.

Central and quite convenient location close to Lucknow railway station and Hazratganj, very friendly staff, spacious room, nice breakfast spread with number of options to choose from, and prompt room service. I will definitely recommend the hotel to the visitors on trip to Lucknow..

The view outside the room's window was not so pleasing.

Good location, next to Hussaingunj metro station, easy access for Ubers; excellent choice at breakfast, room was big and comfortable, the hotel staff arranged convenient airport transfers.

Noisy street outside the hotel can be a nuisance; the air conditioning was too cold and there was no temperature control in the thermostat.

Easily accessible location near the railway station. Friendly and competent staff, timely room service and cleanliness made my stay very comfortable. Excellent breakfast options to start the day.

Some level of customisable menu at the restaurant would make the stay more comfortable.

Very accommodating staff and good food. Pool was clean and water was fresh. The place was great location and value for three women travelling together.

Wasn't happy with the coffee served. It was extremely milky and felt like being made with instant coffee.

Staff were cooperative, breakfast was good , Location was good . We stayed there for three days but the breakfast menu was almost same so less variety.

There should be in-house car cleaning facilities for the guests travelling with their own vehicle.

Was allotted room in old tower (B). Air conditioning did not function well despite change of room. Plumbing in bathroom required replacement. Bathroom cubicle was without door. Floor Matt was not available to drain water spilled over.

Smoking is allowed in Wing A & Wing B rooms. And, also the room sound insulation from the main door needs lot of improvement as the smell of smoking & noise from the lobby was a little discomforting after 8PM. Lesser family crowd & more of business crowd here.
