I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, which made the experience even more pleasant. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast — it offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit different tastes. The overall ambiance of the property was warm and inviting, making it a perfect choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, great facilities, and value for money.

We had a very comfortable stay at GRT Regency. The staff is genuinely warm and hospitable from housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk. Service with a smile is part of their DNA! Variety and quality of food is exceptional. Reading through the eco-friendly philosophy and actions of the CEO and management was inspirational. They are actually implementing the RRRs across all facets of the hotel. Wishing them more success!

We had expected it to be an old property, which it was, but pleasantly it was quite well maintained. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. In fact, I had enquired about the best route to travel from Madurai to Mysore and to answer my question, they sent one of their staff drivers to my room who gave me all the information happily. That was a very nice gesture. Also, the complimentary fruits in the room was a nice one. A special mention for their restaurant, the breakfast was by-far one of the best spread we had during our tour... excellent South Indian fare and super great filter coffee!!

I had twin beds in my room and I was staying single. I had some weird feeling some time in the night like something was biting or causing itching. I shifted to the other one and then could sleep well. But could be a one-off case, out of the 4 rooms we had taken, no one else had this problem.

Liked the hotel staff.. ALL - House keeping, Front office and Restaurant Staff - are simply good.. No no, Excellent..

The LOCATION of the hotel.. It is FAR AWAY for all important places. Its difficult to get the transport.. For e. g. If we book an auto or a cab thro' OLA, they are supposed to charge us the defined charge but why they are demanding extra amount ? -( which is not practised in Bangalore ( I am from Bangalore ).. W H Y ?

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were a good size. Breakfast was good, particularly the freshly-made items. We had lunch at the restaurant, which was nice (but fairly expensive).

We booked several rooms and some of the bathrooms were dated, slightly stained, and had an odd smell. In fact, this was something we noticed at all the GRT hotels we stayed at.

The Hotel was very clean,and the rooms were very good.Linens clean.Bathroom was very clean,with Dove body wash,Shampoo,Conditioner,Body lotion and Hand wash,and Body lotion.The Complimentary Breakfast was a very good spread.I liked the Black Kavuni Idly,Pongal,Vada,Kesari,and all kinds of Breads,Egg,and both Veg.and Non Veg side dishes.

The approach Road was not good.Lots of pot holes.

The amenities were great, the staff was courteous, the breakfast was superb . We were also offered a high tea which was complimentary. They also have arrangements for the driver to stay which is very convenient

Approx 3 km from the temple and the central market so if you want you go out for an evening stroll to the bazaar that is not possible

The first thing is proper conveyance is not available because of the location to important places.. The hotel price can still be reviewed and reduced to some reasonable rate.. Thku..

Right from the moment I entered to checkin to checkout date it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at Regency Madurai at GRT hotels… clean, neat and peaceful environment and more importantly great food. The biggest asset of the hotel is its staff.. be it front desk, room service or restaurant the staff went the extra mile to take care of the guests.. definitely coming back again..

Breakfast options were excellent. restaurant staff too good and friendly. Ragi koolu , pongal all traditional tamil foods are avaiable.

room key always not activate. each time we need to activate again. if we keep near phone ,it lose its activation. this can be better.
