The view from the property was awesome.The size of the room was exceptional. The staff was very courteous.

The buffet spread could have been better.Though whatever was served was good.The hot water available in the bathroom could have been better.The flow of water was very less.The overhead shower was not working

This resort is just wowwwwww with all their aspects. Location: You will get a stunning view from your balcony of 1200 ft valley along with Lingmala waterfalls. There is sightseeing point nearby hotel where you will get amazing view of nature . Just 100m away from Rooms. Service: Excellent staff helpful and caring. If you need anything , They are just a phone call away. Food: Delicious, they have amazing variety in breakfast and Dinner . Didnt feel like having outside food ..homely taste with plenty of options Pricing: With the quality of sevice they are providing Prices are very Nominal

Only 2 bottles are allowed for a day free of cost . Nothing else everything was top notch

Good staff, friendly and helpful. Excellent location. A good fresh maharashtrian breakfast. Pro-tip: go to Firodia point from within & behind the hotel. It is a better view of the Lingmala falls than the crowded actual Lingmala falls walk!

The doors were a bit thin for the outside wind would keep "knocking" at the door all night. Sheets could've been cleaner. Mattress was almost too soft.

1. The hotel staff including the housekeeping staff members, waiters in the restaurant, receptionists etc are very polite and well mannered. They are very prompt in terms of attending to room service requests and delivering food / refreshments etc. Even though the hotel was fully occupied when we went, all of our orders were delivered to our rooms within 5 minutes. The restaurant waiters also personally attended to us and made sure we had everything that was available. 2. The rooms, garden, washrooms etc are very clean and tidy 3. View from the rooms is beautiful. You can see the sunrise from the hotel balcony 4. Location of the hotel is perfect, all the tourist attractions are accessible from the hotel and you get the peace and quiet that you want at a vacation.

The restaurant can add non vegetarian options in the menu, although you can order food from outside.

Location of the property is excellent! Behaviours of the staff was very good! Breakfast and dinner had good variety of food. Veg only though. Stayed at 2 bed room suite. View from balcony was excellent and stay was quite comfortable.

Room had number of spiders 🕷️. It created lots of panic within my family

As the hotel or property name suggested, it lived up to my expectations View was spectacular… I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the bonus was food.. hotel staff and chef was very police and know how to please the guests with delicious food. I enjoyed each and every variety of food. I truly recommend place.

Approach road could be better.

It is one of the best places to stay in Mahabaleshwar in the 5000 a night segment. Uninterrupted views, private balconies with neat and contemporary interiors... Good service, nice staff, yummy food in budget... Kudos to the management. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

A couple of recommendations: 1) mosquito net panels on the bacony... so one can keep the sliding door open and enjoy the cool fresh breeze without having to worry about the insects.. 2) Introduce some sustainability ideas like soap dispensers instead of disposible plastic tubes and water flask instead of plastic bottled water. And pillow top mattresses would certainly be a huge upgrade if possible..

The photos on the net were a little misleading. There resort is very small and not much space around.

Good size rooms, excellent balcony view and peaceful surroundings. The staff and owner himself are outstandingly courteous and supportive in making the stay comfortable . Very nice place to stay and relax .

The tariff could be in the range of INR 3000-3500 for bed n breakfast at least for days like Tuesday to Thursday.

Awesome location for people who want to stay away from noise and close to nature. Property is very well maintained and our 2BHK room was very spacious. My experience with food at most of popular tourist destinations was ok or poor but surprisingly food at restaurant of mountain breeze was very tasty both lunch as well as buffet breakfast!

Parking space is bit small n tricky if you are late n slots are full
