Location was good and view from the gallery is awesome. Breakfast is decent. Rooms are big. Parking is available. Restaurants are nearby.

Fir dinner the cooking lady comes post 8 pm and your order will be taken post that, hard if you have small children with you.

The rooms were clean and bigger. . The service was really good and the person who was there helped us a lot when asked.

the hotel was reachable by car/van . the high slope (of around 350mts) makes it harder for elder people to walk easily. also, the carrom board did not have coins to play.

The city view from the balcony amazed. The cleanliness in room & Other area is remarkable. Staff is courteous.

1. Ordered food from hotels kitchen but the quantity was found very less considering it's price. 2. Hot water supply shall be provided all the time instead of morning time only.

When we entered to this place all of sudden climate got changed it was raining. me and my husband got happy also we enjoyed rain through standing in balcony which is my favorite place room no. 302 & 205 are best rooms with cool view 😎...

Hot water available only morning hours was issue because normally you check in after 12 ,then can't use shower in winter

Need a board on the road. It is challenging to find the hotel because there are no boards

Location is superb. Good views of the mountain. Room Number 203,204,303,304 has got the best views. People are cooperative. Basic facilities with cleanliness. Great property for a night's stay.

Approach road is very steep. No elevator in the property. So not recommended for senior citizens. Breakfast and restaurant food options are limited.

The room was very clean, the view from the window was beautiful. The service staff were very quick in serving us. They were very polite and made sure we get the required things on time.

The varieties in buffet breakfast could have been better. The taste was good, only a little improvisation in sambar is required 😔
