Very polite and cooperative staff. Good quality was excellent. Their restaurant is open from 8am to 10pm and we were there for tea and snacks at various times and even close to dinner time but the staff did serve us well.

They did not have a lift to restaurant and senior citizens have to walk around 20 steps which is little exhaustive. Especially in rainy season the floor can be slippery though the hotel has made all the arrangements to not slip on the floor. But you never know when the moment occurs. Some rooms, especially for double occupancies have no sunlight.

We stayed at this hotel for the first time. This is a pure vegetarian hotel so it attracted us to stay. Hotel is on Mahabaleshwar – Panchgini road towards veena lake. Hotel road from main road is steep up so difficult to walk up hill with luggage. As soon as you enter the gate, huge structure welcomes you. Reception is on few steps up. Whole thing looks very beautiful and, in the night, they do good lighting. Hotel lady was following up with us 2 days before for any requirement and also in touch with us on the day of arrival if we need any help on the way or location. This is a good gesture form hotel. Our check-in was very smooth and room was also ready. We stayed in Grand room. Room was quite spacious and up to 2 extra beds can be accommodated easily. There is no view as rooms are in the building (they have lift). They have some other rooms also where you get valley, garden etc view. We have not tried it. Room was having all the required facility with tea-coffee kettle. Bed is quite large. Bathroom was spacious but there was no curtain so whole bathroom get wet while bathing. They have a pool may be around 18 inches to 24 inch deep. Games room, where they keep competition also. In the evening, they keep some activities to keep you busy like, games, magic show, karaoke etc. They have a beautiful spa. Try that. They have huge dining hall. Food is very good. They have lot of varieties in the breakfast and due to health issue, if you have any particular requirement, they are ready to help. In the evening at dinner time, they have buffet and there is live singing also. Singer on karaoke sing beautiful songs. We were used to sit till end after dinner also. We appreciate chef for preparing these tasty dishes. They serve Jain food also. There service is also quite prompt. All were ready to help on request. Outside the dining room there is lot of spaces to seat and chit-chat till late in the evening. Big groups can enjoy there. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

The overall facilities were excellent. Staff went out of the way to welcome the guests and were really kind throughout the stay.

The green mat is put outside the swimming pool area and is soaked wet during the rains, making it difficult to walk and go through different buildings.

The best part of the property is the staff and the food. Staff is very courteous. Starting from the activity guy Deepak to the singer Ashish (not sure if I wrote correct name), everyone is very good.

Was little surprised to see stat charges for a 8 year old kid which is quite unusual in the industry. Secondly there were many flies and small insects in room and bathroom. Pls look into that.

TGL is such an awesome place for a grand holiday. Staff is very attentive and has an active interest in all your requirements (special mention to Vinod & Sakshi at the Elements restaurant plus all their F&B staff, Sabita at the front office assisted us with candle light dinner). There are fun activities designed for all age groups; Deepak Jadhav did a great job managing these activities (housie, origami, DJ, etc). Overall highly recommended place.

The reception staff and the whole area of ​​the resort was very nice

The in room dining experience was very bad in which after ordering the food you asked for an additional order to the actual waiter. So we said we can't give it and followed the wrong way of speaking

This resort is in an incredible area. I attended a wedding and it was amazing. The food was amazing. The atmosphere was amazing. A beautiful location. The staff were great. A magical experience.

The staff were really helpful and friendly, the rooms were spacious.

Dinner is only served till 10pm though they made an exception for me on a couple of occasions when I turned up late.

Hotel was really good to stay, due to the ambiance and view . Very good facilities. Staff are really helpful and approachable .

With the price spent , expecting more veraites of food on the buffet menu. This can be improved.

Overall experience is good

There should be more options in breakfast and Lunch. Need to consider non jain crowed also.
