Everything! fantastic staff made our stay. the property is quiet and beautiful. it is made like the old mahableshwar decor. guests are treated like royalty. helpful and pleasant staff. the breakfast buffets were great. the restaurant on site is also good. Mr Pravin and Tariq and really all the hotel staff were just amazing. close enough to the market to walk every morning. don’t forget to eat at the Famous Wada pav Stall at the end of the market!

the room that was advertised on the booking for come website for three people was not for three people. it was too small. we upgraded to a suite and found that better suited. you need to advertise the suites on your site and you need to stop upsellung the deluxe room as a three person room.

Loved the ambience and the staff, extremely courteous and helpful. The facilities were top notch, amazing indoor games, and a beautiful, clean pool.

The spring mattress on bed was too jumpy and soft and caused a bit of an issue but the other things made up for it. The breakfast and dinner buffets could certainly help with more non-vegetarian options.

Food was great everyday with good options. Friendly, polite and quick-acting staff. There were several places inside the hotel to enjoy the weather. And possibilities for indoor activities like game room were also provided. Well located as well.

Some plug sockets in the room were not working. The staff had to be reminded daily to bring extra supplies since we were 3 instead of 2 occupants in our room

Nice place. Had good amenities.. deluxe and suite rooms are spacious if you planning stay with family.. standard room good for couples with small child. Nice scenic views from the rooms..very clean..Housekeeping prompt service. In house restaurant is very good and staff also very nice. Prajakta really helped with kids specific meals.. buffet breakfast and dinner package was included in my stay.. very good variety in meals.veg and non veg..and tasty. Would definitely recommend ,,👍 Staff also helped us find out the misplaced phone .. they have good cctv network.. very safe and secured..

I would like to say a big thank you to the entire staff for the wonderful experience we had. You guys really make a complete team. Bhumika/Zahid at the reception provided an excellent service. Prajakta was like a fairy Godmother taking care of all our stomachs ensuring they are always full. Deepak/Suraj provided really good service. I can keep on writing all wonderful things because truly it was extra ordinary experience. Honestly, I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU. The entire hospitality experience was truly outstanding & the hotel ambience was out of this world. Best part is that location is very close to the main market at hopping distance but still has that peaceful existence without market hustle bustle. The restaurant food was out of this world, really really good & tasty. I actually patted on my back for selecting your hotel :-). Thank you guys once again for making this trip extra memorable especially this was my family's first trip after the pandemic/lockdown. Keep going. Would be eager to plan my next stay with you again. The only minor issue I did not like was the view from the Valley view rooms. But maybe my expectation was too much, so I did not bother much since this hotel met all my other expectations 100%. Thank you once again.

The location of the property is serene and is very close to the market. Also the property is very well maintained, clean and equipped with all the amenities that we typically look for to enjoy leisure trip. The staff working here is absolute gem and I will always think about booking my stay in this resort whenever I plan my trips to Mahabaleshwar in future. Food in the restaurant (Tiger Trail) was good and special mention to restaurant staff - Prajakta and Rahul who made sure our taste buds will always remember the taste of delicious food. I enjoyed the stay, service and the hospitality. Will always recommend my friends to visit.

Nice cozy rooms. Well maintained property. Good breakfast buffet. Multiple options. Fulfilling.

Dinner buffet not upto the mark. Minimal options for non-vegetarains. No non-veg starters. Dessert options also minimal. Dinner buffet was a bit let down

Personally the location is perfect. The property is extremely well maintained, the ambience is excellent, staff is honest, kind and helpful. The dining hall is excellent, the manager and staff is excellent

The noisy guests need to be told to maintain a little bit noisy

Location is little away from market which is why you have to pay high amount for taxi Cycle facility is allowed only in compound which I think they shud extend for visitor who are staying in the hotel

The food service at their restaurant Tiger Trail was pretty slow. You had to wait like for an hour for your order to come. A special shoutout to Vishal at The Tiger Trail restaurant. He was very good & Courteous.
