Room: Large and spacious, a real luxury with superb view of the valley. Cleanliness : Very well maintained facility Staff: Really supportive and welcoming staff; always willing to take special request to make your stay a memorable one. Breakfast: Dad been the the first choice to load self and get ready for the day. Breakfast had good variety including freshly made dosas and uthpam; along with milk, cornflakes, sandwiches etc. Breakfast had fruits ( papaya, watemelon, banana), which was really nice as I ensure to have fruits daily. Location: Being close (around 1.5km) to Mall road one can easily walk to mall road; also taxis/autos are always available at the gates for easy travel. So for 3 days of my stay, each evening we could easily reach to mall road. Also not being on mall road, you skip the crowd and noise. So its like having best of both worlds. 2 mins walk to the old club house and river. Parking: Parking is open and spacious and within the walls of the facility, so no issues with the safety. I do not have any negatives for the facility. Only have good memories. May be some more open spaces and outdoors would add further and make a resort experience. But eventually one will have so much to do at Manali itself, one doesn't expect to do outdoors at hotel.

The property overall is new, well-maintained, has really spacious rooms (we stayed in the family room with a balcony), and has a gorgeous view from the balcony. The staff is very helpful, and assisted us with local sightseeing and transportation as well. The in-room dining options are quite nice as well, and they're generous with their portion sizes. The property offers great value for money.

Some minor things and feedback - 1. Could definitely use a better, more diverse breakfast menu - the available options were good, however (including great tea) 2. There are no in-room dining options post 11 pm, despite some items on the menu being labeled as "Available all-time" 3. The staff changes the bedding / linen only once a day and same for cleaning the bathroom - it would be nice if they're a little more accommodating of more than 1 request, in some urgent cases, that's all

Location is away from the city, in between the deodar trees. The hotel was has unique calmness during night & early morning. Very good for meditation. Our room had valley view, which connects you to nature. I specially like the calmness and enjoyed the nature fully. Great relaxation.

Breakfast should have more variety. other paid meals were good.

It was a great experience. The staff were helpful and service was great. We faced some issue with door lock but it was resolved quickly. I would recommend this property for a stay in old manali.

It was a wonderful experience which amplifies the climatic conditions at Manali too. With the right Nature and nice ambiance at Orchard, we got lots of precious and memorable moments during the stay. Staff behaviour was excellent and rooms were at par level comfy. Indeed to mention about Mr. Sachin from HO- Orchard Green, he extended his helping hands for some amenities which was required at right moment. Location of property was superb and very near to the Holy place Hadimba Temple. View from balcony was “ more than awesome ” and refreshes your mind every-time you were looking into the snowy mountains. Only suggestion is to improve a little more attention towards food in terms of tastes and all ( Not a minus point , only a suggestion ) Overall, the stay was memorable and we enjoyed the precious time in full throttle ( Attaching some pics for your reference ) Enjoy your trip and stay !!!!

This is my second time stay in this property. I stayed in this property 2 years back when it was not fully constructed. Some part of it is still not constructed at ground floor. Anyways, I love this hotel.Rooms are awesome....gives you feel of 5star property. view from the balcony is not very good but good. Food quality is good and the portion size is also very good in that price. Staff is very cooperative.

Even after several complaints from my side during my 4 nights stay,, they didn't improve the quality of tea. In such cold weather, one like to enjoy cup of tea every now and then. So, this needs to improve. Also if you can revise your tea price, since Rs. 70 for one cup is on higher side if compare to other items in your menu.

Location of the resort is superb ,specially when there snowfall( we were lucky to witness it). Mall road is also not very far. Room is spacious with all necessary amenities.

Breakfast can be improved. There were couple of things missing . Eg- Eggs,Banana,cornflakes,milk.

For family of 4 the room and bathroom size was quite enough, The food was delicious. The travel desk guy(Ranjit) arranged a nice cab and driver(Santo). The driver entertained us whilst the whole trip and also guided us at many places.The Balcony view was picturesque ( because it was snow mountain faced)

WiFi connectivity was bad.

The property is located in Old Manali . Walking distance to all nice restaurants and also very close to Mall Road . the stay was peaceful and quaint . The property is new and nice and has swimming pool , hot jaccuzi , games room and gym . Very good for family stay . staff is kind

The beds are extra soft . there is a ramp to go up to the property without stairs and cars not allowed .
